It's a good store. I received excellent service from their employee Sandra. She stopped to help us before she was even clocked into work! I'm not giving the store a five star rating because a couple of the other employees weren't nearly as helpful as Sandra.

I like Home Depot better than the other home improvement warehouses. More staff equals better assistance when needed. Always go to 3304 when I need home or work items.

Very helpful employees

Rich was super helpful even though he did not work in the department and gathered my products and Carli and Etienne were as helpful as they could be, ultimately resolving all issues but checking out took a long time as both key machines were down, but I didn't find that out until I went to have keys made, so had to go back to Service and wait to ask what to do. Carli resolved that by finding another product that meant I didn't need more keys after all. She and Etienne were juggling other customers while trying to help me, so it was a long wait from arrival to check out, but I really appreciated their perseverance on my behalf. Carli had a very challenging customer before me and worked very patiently with him for him to finish his checkout. Not sure I could have been that patient for so long so kudos to her. Really appreciate Etienne's friendliness throughout the rather drawn out check out.

My experience was great! An employee was there to help me during this and other visits. The store was very tidy, and I found what I was looking for quickly. An employee was there to help me during both selecting and in loading my purchase. As a retired military veteran, and retired US justice employee. I recommend this store to everyone who is a little older and could use a little help from a great employee. I've tried the competitors store and they seem to be nowhere to be found when you need to load heavy items.

I had a good time at this location, everyone was very helpful an kind. They all explained everything to me and treated me very well. I will definitely recommend people to this location.

We returned some items and had to talk to a paint associate. We received prompt and courteous help.

I visited this store with a friend who was looking for a couple of items in particular. While he sought out his desired items, I browsed. The store is well stocked, and generally neat. What irritated me on my visit were the ever-present associates who went far overboard on asking if I needed assistance. I felt nearly as though one associate in particular were stalking me as I browsed. I generally enjoy shopping at The Home Depot, though I doubt that I shall return to this particular store, since there are others in this area.

This Home Depot is managed by a great manager "Bob", and there are so many great employees at this location waiting to help, Elias, Theresa, Zach, Nate, and many more, there is always a smile, and a friendly "may I help you", we have never had to wait for help, weather it's lifting something or even loading the truck, to make your home improvement projects go even more smooth this would be the Home Depot to get the material from.

I generally find what I need in stock. When I can't, I've had no problem getting help from staff or just ordering online for store delivery. It is generally a fast shopping experience. I can't say I ever leave feeling I've wasted time. Good job!

I have shopped this store since it was built approximately 20 years ago, both in my business and in retirement. I have always found knowledgable and helpful assistance. As the store has become acquainted with me I have found many of the staff welcoming to me personally and always cheerful. I really do like this store. A lot.

Home Depot had the greatest prices, great location, organized, clean, and definitely the friendliest Employees I have ever met. The Employees were very Courteous and Attentive to my needs. It has been one of the most enjoyable shopping experiences I have had in a long time.

I just want to thank Gaige for always asking if I need help to load my car and remembering all of the projects I have going on. He always comes and says hello when I am shopping and asks about how he can help me. Thank you Gaige, you give the store a great local feeling.

I have shopped Home Depot stores in several different states, and this was the best I have found yet. The employee's, to a man and woman, were excellent in their friendliness, product knowledge, store lay out and product location. They did not just send me off to find something myself, but three different employee's actually walked me to the product location, and spent the time to share their knowledge with me, which was helpful in my making decisions on which items to purchase. You will not go wrong shopping at this location!

A few days back, I purchased pest control products at a store near my residence. Though I was not satisfied with the limited choice and prices, I bought a few items. A couple of days later, I decided to go to Home Depot to see what was available. I was pleased to see a variety of selections, equally important, lower prices.

I did receive the help i needed from the helpful and friendly associate. The cashier Theresa was very helpful in helping me apply for my Home Depot credit card.

The employees are always very helpful and courteous. I can always find someone when I need help and I am able to find the items I need. The materials available are excellent. The store is very organized and clean.

The best home town Home Depot. Located next to everything and hard to miss. Love getting all my garden and home supplies here. Theresa is a wonderful cashier.
