The whole store was super clean, and it was easy finding someone to help me out.

The store was clean, the items on the shelves were neatly presented, and three different associates offered to help me find what I was looking for. Even though there's a home depot closer to my house than store number 3304, I always come here because of the friendly customer service. I especially enjoy checking out with cashier Christine; ID number CMH 736. She's always friendly and very professional. Thank you for allowing me to express my opinion.

My issues with this store are: Available floor associates are always wasting time chit chatting where they could be helping customers, correcting inventory issues or keeping the store cleaner. This wasted labor is reflected in pricing, less waste would equal better consumer prices. Inventory is spotty as often there is insufficient quantity on hand. Help is often difficult to find. The cashier service is normally good and very helpful and friendly. In the past there were issues with the non-working self service equipment but this seems to have been corrected. The self service station is very handy when purchasing smaller items. Returns are quick and easy. The location is handy for customers in the north end of the city.

This morning, on 2-6-16, the Home Depot Associate [Milan] noticed me with two 40 lbs. bags of ice melt, and rushed to my aid. Milan loaded two bags into the trunk of my car. He was friendly, kind, and compassionate. Milan went extra mile to assist customer in need... Thank you, Milan!

I personally Love you guys, the service is prompt and helpful, the store is clean and organized, When a person gets used to the layout of one store, you can pretty well bet you'll be able to navigate any Home Depot. Thanks for being you! Mary

We went into Home Depot to find a dishwasher along with my twin three year olds and they just had to open the doors and inspect every appliance in the department. The associate did not mind what so ever which is awesome. Thanks

Organized store. Easy to find products. Nice customer service people.

Past experiences were not very good, but in the last year it has improved. Most of the time it is a little difficult to find help to find items so I just look for myself. Its usually faster than searching for someone . I like the overall items that are stocked.

I quit shopping this store because it was crowded and hard to find materials. Once Lowe's abandoned my city I tried this store again and was delighted at the changes. It is bright, clean, and well stocked. The store personnel are knowledgeable and friendly. I am very glad I came back to Home Depot, and this store.

Didn't have the quality of air filter I was looking for.

This store often has associates that are chit chatting when they could be working or helping customers. Or they could be checking inventory as the store is often out of key items. The check out clerk was very friendly and helpful and went out of her way to help me get a heavy load to my pickup.

We are building a home and have been buying many materials at Home Depot. The associates at the Northtowne Ln. Reno store are always very helpful and friendly. The store is well stocked. We had to deal with the manager at one point, and he was very helpful. The store is 160 mile round trip from our home. We pass another Home Depot on our way, but we drive the extra distance because of the customer service.

I Really like the Home Depot. They usually have everything I need when I need it.

My husband and I had bought flooring for kitchen and bath. The associate had helped us with all the products we needed to complete our project. We had purchased every thing we needed at that time. The associate had gathered every thing we purchased so we could pick up the next day.When we arrived the next day everything was on a cart and ready to go. He also helped put the merchandise in our truck for us. We had an A+ experience and will continue to shop Home Depot for all we need for home improvement. Thank You

I have made several visits to this store and I am always able to find what I need and if I am ever unable to locate something there is always an employee willing to help. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable and I am always able to get in and out quick (provided I know what I am after to begin with :) don't think they can help there)

I went in to have a key copied, it took like 15 minutes and then it was copied incorrectly. The attendant did not notice and I had almost left the store before catching it. I had to wait to have it remade as well. Very inconvenient

Associates are always friendly and polite they always are available to help on ideas and on professional advise. They treat me like if I was their only priority. .I love it

if you,women want to spend time with your other half,just go to the homedepot.you get to spend money.find everything you need to fix up your house&the associates that work there are always so nice and informative on just what you will need to make your house a home.

This store is my favorite Home Depot in Reno! Amazing service from the associates and the overall layout of the store made it so nice to be able to find things. I was trying to decide between the light fixtures for outside our home and with Home Depot's huge selection I was struggling, however an associate was more than willing to help me by providing some much needed extra information that helped me narrow my search! They even helped me out to my car! This is our family's hardware store now!

All associates are informed and easily understood! They work well together for the customer.
