I was having an issue with an employee in the gardening department and when I asked for the name she out right refused to give me her name. Avoid this employee very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! She will give you incorrect answers and keep trying to prove her point even though her answers are wrong. Very sad to see HD failing to treat their customers number ONE.

Delivery has decided to deliver my order in separate pieces without notice, email,calls . Now I have rescheduled installation multiple times and HD decided not to deliver door after he has unit number on receipt and I texted him the garage code on his personal phone when HD decided to deliver randomly at 6:37am! Regardless of all this guy decided not to deliver because he didn't know unit number!?? Wft now that I clarified unit on receipt and verbally told him when he called at 6:37am he now claiming is a "signature" he needs . I didn't give signature for windows days before and no one lives at delivery address and no one works at 6 am there so all this because the decide to do and redeliver with emails or call or text to talk to me about the whole mess. You can clearly see they had no issues delivering windows and the my #302 is also on top of garage door. Again I texted him gate code at 6:37am and verbally told him when he called me. Incompetent and irresponsible service!!

Best Home Depot ever was in Georgetown Texas due to friendlyness and helpfulness of employees. This store should be a role model for all stores. Sick of going to store when website says item in stock (ceiling fan) but not in stock.

Overall, my long-term relationship with this store has been excellent. From time to time, however, not being a handyman or plumber, for example, I am left on a limb either by lack of employees or by lack of expertise when I find them.

Merchandise purchased was delivered and customer satisfaction was quarantined.

I love you guys but you need more people

Ordered 2 times from this location for delivery. First time, I ordered wood and screws. The location forgot to deliver the screws. The second time, the same thing happened; although this time they planned to ship the screws to me, which arrived 5 days later instead of the following day as the original wood pieces.

Mike from the tool rental department helped me get a large item from the top shelf then also let me pay for the purchases at his counter. Very helpful from start to finish. Impressed with his helpful and kind customer skills.

I bought a table saw and Lisa at Customer Service helped me open the box before purchasing to make sure all parts were in the box. She was so friendly and helpful and made everything easy. I will seek her out next time I'm there.

I bought Carpet from this location. Really very professional staff. Specially Sales Lady was really helpful to select the right product. She knows very well about carpets and floor products. I always go to this store, and I would recommend this store to all.

While opening back an employee asked if i wanted help loading just-purchased topsoil. I said yes and he did and took the flatbed back!

Ethan in the customer service department went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. He even brought the product to the customer service desk to expedient my checkout process.

If Ailani is the cashier at the Garden Center checkout, turn around and go back in the building and go to another one. She was rude, upset that she had to go through an extra step to give me my military discount, and argumentative over a sales price when the sign clearly showed the item was on sale.

Home Depot does not supply it's staff with basic information, workable IT, equipment for staff to be efficient, means to contact other support staff in timely manner. Getting a smile at door is not important; ease of finding, purchasing, getting help is what's vital. Get with it Home Depot.

I needed to grab a heaving shelving unit and received help from all.

This is the largest HD store I've ever been to. On top of that the staff is some of the most friendly.

I visited the Grissom store on December 22. Destiny and Manny are great role models for their staff. I witnessed their pleasant and fun Christmas atmosphere. Fernando, Jasmine, Jackie and Juan were helpful and very polite. It’s always a pleasure visiting this store for our company needs. This store is clean and well organized.

Stopped in the neighborhood HD for some simple hardware, and Dudley's service at check out was nothing short of amazing. Patient, professional, and personal service to ensure I left the facility with everything that I needed to get the job done. I normally dread going to a "big box" hardware store. I was pleasantly surprised on my most recent visit. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I was shopping for a variety of items, and in every section I was greeted and offered assistance.

I was greeted as soon as I was spotted by an employee. At customer service I was assured by a young lady by the name Melanie who assisted me and helped come in and out the store and do what I needed to get done quickly !

Better lighting and Great customer service

I signed up for the Vet's discount. I got an email confirmation but when I went to the store, it didn't apply. The clerk tried twice to get it to work and finally forced it through. He sent me to Customer Service, who had no idea about the program. Shame on HD.

Husband and wife purchased items for home improvement but have cards with different endings on same account.. even with receipt rudely informed myst have card used to purchase as they are on same bank account and listed as debit.
