Store is beautifully organised with guide sign boards. Items in demand can be quickly found. Yes on many occasion i got help and assistance to make new choice . Entire store is intelligently arranged. Related items were placed nearby for ease of selection. Associates were always praise worthy.

Have visited 3 different stores in the last three weeks for a project and this by far was the store with the best customer service and helpful employees. Will def be back. Ask for Tava, she's extremely helpful, polite, and made our shopping experience one we will remember.

Great experience with the team here. Keta the cashier, Ashley who assisted with locating items and helping to show how LED recessed lights that can be adjusted work, and Brenda at the Pro desk - all GREAT employees.

Oh my goodness- refreshing, lovely shopping experience at HD. Employees extremely generous with their time and expertise. Store had stock- there was laughter- you could tell employees liked each other - AND helping customers too. Breathe of fresh air- thank you all for a wonderful experience - at Home Depot- who knew!!!!

Home Depot Associate had no clue about Grub Worm treatment items. In fact he didn't even know what Grub Worms were because I ASKED him if he knew what they were. I had to find the treatment product myself & show it to him. Very sad.

This store is definitely a hot bed for the professionals/contractors since it's not in a residential area but I always find help for a basic homeowner like myself. I've done a lot of business though the years and always find the employees to be helpful and as of recent, very attentive to the customers throughout the store. They have always been nice but it use to be a little more rare to have them come up to ask if you need anything. That has definitely changed and I appreciate that.

YOU COULD USE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. FIVE GUYS WERE STANDING THERE WHILE I WAS SEARCHING THE AISLE. ONE COULD CLEARLYSEE I DIDNT KNOW WHA I WAS DOING. THEY DID NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE I WAS STANDING THERE.

I finally decided to write a review (Brandy asks me to do so every time I check out with her so here it is. She greets me with a smile always. She gives A+++ customer service.

Brandy has always been the person I go to and her compassion and kindness is the reason.

employees are not very helpful and won't even look at you I guess they're scared you may ask for help... BUT the girl at the paint counter tried very hard to help me. not many choices to choose from when it comes to stain.

There was a young lady with very long hair at the customer service desk that was quite rude. Not only did she have a horrible fowl mouth but I waited a good 20 seconds before she looked up from her phone to acknowledge me and by then I went on to someone else. I have noticed the employees at this store seem to always be on their phones - not good practice.

Not a big fan of this store. Items I need are rarely stocked and untidy if they are, making things hard to find. There are a few knowledgable, friendly employees, but others could really care less. I frequently drive further to a better store or Lowe's, even though this store is considerably closer.

Scott was such a courteous and helpful checkout clerk. He was alert and attentive and efficient. There was an issue with the credit card machine. He was knowledgeable and aware of the issue and helpful and patient in knowing EXACTLY what needed to be done to facilitate checkout. His kindness was so appreciated!

I don't usually write a review but Brandys customer service warrants one. Wanting to check out, Sherry, busy looking at her phone, told me she wasn't on a register so Brandy jumped right in and took care of me immediately with a smile. Brandy also signed me up for a Home Depot credit card I didn't realize I needed. Brandy represents the kind of customer service that keeps me shopping at home depot. Thank you Brandy.
