Rented the truck and was pleased to find two helpful Home Depot handlers loaded the cart with 12’ & 16’ 2x10” boards and then helped bring to front and load the truck. Not a one man job. Being 70 years old, I appreciated the help. Thank you James and colleague.

We to store for a pressure washer that had has been out of stock in all other CT Home Depot’s. Couldn’t find it after speaking with a person customer service desk and looking on my own. Passed an employee who said hello and got some lucky to meet the nicest lady named Dee. Dee looked up the item on her handheld device and after seeing it was” in-stock” told me she was going to do everything she could to help me track it down. We then proceeded to go on a mission throughout the store. Turns out the item was one of 11 units that arrived the day before as a promotion. Long story short, Dee went so incredibly above and beyond and I was able to buy the item I had driven over an hour to buy. Thanks Dee, you’re the best!!!!!

I would NEVER have pavers delivered Again the driver drop pavers all over driveway. The photo was actually on my purchase. Not one person called about the delivery. I had to call myself HOrIBLE customer service

I received excellent help from Fabian in the plumbing department. He offered to open an box to help me see a product. It wasn't necessary but his offer meant a lot to me. There was an awesome amount of kitchen faucets on display. I shop here all the time. Thanks Home Depot Team!!

I would say overall the North Haven home Depot store is a very good store for the majority of the associates their knowledgeable and friendly if they can't help you find something they are very apologetic I shopped there often and will continue to do so

As I entered the store, am employee said hi, how is your day? I then saw 5 more employees as I gathered my items. They all asked me how is your day going, can I help you find anything. It was a nice visit.

Every time I shop at Home Depot and need help finding a product the staff are always helpful and willing to answer questions I may have. As a female senior I appreciate the information I need to purchase the correct product.

Straightforward store pickup orders are not fulfilled without calling and getting rude, slow people on the phone. Inventory on the website is never correct. They will leave items out of your order and hope you don't notice or complain.

I went to the north haven ct Home Depot and brought a bulk of pavers and wanted them delivered to my home. I went to customer service to do that a woman named Angela was Wonderful Patient and very Knowledgeable also multitasking answering phones and helping me! Management and Hire up people and employees mostly hear negative things and not many hear wonderful things about the way they handle customers well I am writing because Angela went above and beyond for me and was so courteous and patient Kudos to her you should let her know this

I have lived near and purchased from Home Depot in North Haven for 30 plus years. The employees are great!! The products and prices are market competitive. I have never had any major issues. The associates are competent and very friendly. I am retired from Ma Bell and am fussy . I have been doing projects at home regularly for 30 years. Home Depot in North Haven was always, always very involved with products. Thank you Home Depot.

Had microwave less than a week, and was not complicated to work. Another satisfied customer.

Home Depot has always been a partner of mine sine they have opened A strong suggestion would be your store placement of lumber, drywall, cement, ladders and all long wide heavy items. These items are in the rear of the north haven store. Contractors and worse homeowners DYI type must navigate through the store on wheels with these heavy awkward wide items

All I can say is that Candace is the sole reason I shop at the North Haven location. She always has an answer to any questions I may have and if she doesn’t she doesn’t stop until she does! She consistently goes over and above and does it with a big smile.. she truly takes the shopping experience to the next level.. she is an asset to Home Depot ! Thank you Candace once again!

Employees are always friendly. Store is clean well stock.

This store is becoming a joke. Never enough cashiers to check you out.

Daniel as well as all of the staff I spoke with during my visit reinforced my choice to keep using Home Depot stores. This recent visit was the best I’ve had at any home improvement store. It’s rare that judgement is not passed on to me due to my age compared to the traditional demographic at a home improvement store. This experience truly made my day.

From the time we walked in all the way through check out, everyone was so nice and helpful. We encounter a little bit of trouble with the self check out register but Stephanie R was there to quickly help us with the check out with a big smile.

We found the Lumber department team super helpful, specifically Rob. He helped us find undamaged trim and got it cut for us so we could take it home.
