North Haven Home Depot Is the best.

the people in the store usually always very helpful , the yard guy they have there always goes above and beyond to help , either with loading your vehicle or even just getting carts out of the way in the lot that people dont put in the proper spot when done shopping

Your cashier Dahquan at the North Haven store did a fantastic job, I highly recommend him for employee of the month. Bravo Zulu Dahquan!

My favorite Home Depot hands down, I could be at a location far from this store and I refuse to shop at any other location. This particular store and employees really try to make your shopping experience so much better. They don't hide deals or lie about products, they also if your a loyal customer will give you discounts.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store. The person at Customer Service paged an employee so that I could obtain help purchasing cellular blinds. The employee who helped me went above and beyond explaining the numerous options that are now available. She then directed me to the tool section to get installation items. When an employee saw me with my hands full, she came up to me with a carriage. Check up was efficient and smooth with the same employee who had helped me with the cellular shades. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The store was clean. All store employees wore masks.

Barbara, the manager of the store gives really great customer service and very knowledgeable. Nice clean and organized store. Also, other lady, who was in the return service really good, polite and friendly.

It is convenient having the Home Depot here in North Haven, which is near most of the properties that we manage. Larry, Jenn and the staff at the Pro Desk always treats us exceptionally well, as does Lisa in Paint but the entire North Haven crew is top-notch compared to other HD's and always goes the extra mile to earn our business. The store is easier to find things in and get out quicker than most of the other big boxes, their merchandising flow and organization is appreciated as they put things together which make sense.

The employees were particularly helpful with their service. I came in looking for a tape measure and the employee that I asked, helped me out very kindly, and also helped me out in finding a poster.

I would like to thank Steve in Millworks! he was so helpful in helping me special order a new door for my home - I will definitely come to him again for my next purchase !

I recently purchased a new home and have been spending a fair amount of time at home improvement stores. Overall, I have had a very good experience in all the stores, but, I can say, without hesitation, that my trip to the Home Depot in North Haven, was by far the most pleasant.

Unfortunately I did not have a good shopping experience. No one answered when I called for curb-side pick-up, my ID was not checked when I picked up my online order, and I ended up receiving the incorrect item. One would hope that during these times that stores are doing their best to keep customers satisfied.

Store assistant manager Barb was very rude, I don't know how she could treat customers the way that she did towards me and still have a job there .. someone needs to talk to her.

This store is always clean and well organized. The employees here are always nice and willing to help in anyway they can.

Had a problem (undetectable manufacturing defect) with a large item delivered to me, and the Home Depot manager immediately arranged to have the problem item picked up and replaced with another one (same make and model, sans problem) the very same day. Never had a problem getting the right people on the telephone to report the problem to, or getting action taken to solve it. An unusually high level of customer service and responsiveness. Thank you, Home Depot staff at the Universal Drive store in North Haven, CT.

It's not so much the store it's the Pro Department Staff. Their Customers Service is impeccable! Like they really present a caring and concerned attitude regardless how they are treated.

Larry at the Pro Desk and his team of employees go above and beyond to make your purchase at Home Depot very smooth. They are very knowledgeable and always go the extra mile. Highly recommend. 5 Stars
