The manager Mabel was VERY HELPFUL!! I called her over the phone & requested paint I needed. She had everything waiting at the cashier ready to go!!! Now that's what I call service!!!! She needs a RAISE.

Took about 10 minutes to buy new fridge and schedule delivery.

Found what I was Looking for and made a timely exit after purchase

I found very friendly and helpful sales associates when I went to buy a pressure washer from the Home Depot in North Haven, CT. They helped me select the right tool for the jobs I need the pressure washer for. I recommend this store for its good customer support.

On July 30, 2015 I visited the Home Depot store in New Haven, CT. I was moving into a new apartment and the wood floors looked like compacted dirt that an Elephant had been sliding around on while wearing ice-skates. A Store Associate by the name of "Pat" recommended 2 products under the brand name "Rejuvenate". When I applied them to the floor as directed, they made the floor look incredible. Close to appearing new. Way go, Pat! On July 31, 2015, I visited the same Home Depot in order to purchase multiple Lock associated items for several different purposes. A Store Associate by the name of "Bob" quickly responded and provided expedited , professional, knowledgeable & friendly service to help me get in and out of the store quickly with everything I needed. Thanks Bob! As a Licensed Locksmith and General Handyman by trade, I was very impressed.

Everyone at this store is always so helpful! I always want a quick check out and get help in the front end. I was in and out of the store thanks to a cashier, Alesia. She's always been a good help every visit. Good store!

Peggy Foster, the associate in the electrical section, provided great help to me on the phone; told me how to look up the product online for review; and sent it to the Service Desk for easy pick-up before the store closed. Before we checked out she also came to help locate some wood screws that were supposed to be in the package but couldn't be located--of course she was able to find them and show us how best to use the product. The entire experience was far above what I expected from a last-minute purchase.

Chris Diglio a building department store associate in the North Haven Ct. store has been in the past and was again today a tremendous help in our large purchases. He and only he is the reason we had a great experience today in Home Depot. He deserves a raise!

I was looking for an item that was not in the correct box but with some searching I was able to find the product I was looking for. The cashier was rude and snotty before I even got there so I opted to go to self checkout.

The North Haven Store associate JodiAnn was very helpful in opening my account, She was friendly and pleasant. Doug in Landscaping was a true gentleman. He walked me thru my purchases and explained the use and operations of my John Deere Lawnmower. Lamar the store manager was very helpful as well.

I like the new changes and new people at the store. Everyone eager to help.

The salesmen have been there for so long. I feel so comfortable dealing with them. I have bought several appliances from them while redoing my kitchen. I was also so impressed with the online help I received before shopping. they were very honest about the products and gave me great advice. I went to buy a new microwave and wound up buying a new stove also.. so glad I got 24 months no interest payments plus some rebates!!

The women working the paint dept. desk are very well informed and helpful. It's a pleasure to deal with them.

I love our local Home Depot, we have friends that work their we get quality products and great service. I flipped my first home and while it was a different store location, I could do it and they absolutely helped.

There were a lot of associates on the floor near the front. I passed them 3x's and no one approached me when going past to see if I needed any help. I was looking for a product called "Goo be gone", couldn't figure out where to find it.

The store was very neatly organize and the product was easy to locate. The price of the item was less than another store that I visited. The cashier was friendly and interacted with me as a customer. I recommend Home Depot because it is my store of choice for my daily needs.

The North Haven, Home Depot, has Great customer service skills. The Specialists in the flooring department are outstanding. Brain Greene, made a difference and was able to make a sale. The level of training and experience is what makes an exceptional employee such as Brain.

Diaz in the appliance dept. assisted me in purchasing houses for my entire new home. He was very knowledgable and expedient in his service. He could not do enough to make me happy. Told me that was his goa.

I know where everything is and I like that especially when I need to run home to finish a project.
