I recently went to shop for an electric mower. I had assistance from the time I walked in the door, to placement of the product in my vehicle. This isn't surprising to me, as I frequent this store often,and find the staff readily available, friendly, knowledgeable,and quick to assist or find someone who can. I prefer this store to the blue box alternative closer to home, as I can rely on receiving the amount of help I need without a lengthy wait.

Thank you for having a clean store and employees like Matt and Jana. I was also helped by two other workers one who was about to clock off and she still took the time to help me. Thanks :)

Matt in paint is amazing at his job, we have had some if the same life experiences and he was able to help calm me being a disabled Veteran with PTSD and didn't even know it. I have a hard time in stores and his knowledge in his area was helpful in getting me in and out the door quickly Thanx MATT

I was very, very pleased with the availability of Jamie to not only look into the repair of my tiller but to do it on the spot. WOW! What amazing customer service!!!

I visit this store for a lot of home projects. I find most things because the signs on the isles are clear. When I do need help they seem easy to find. Checkout is easy as there are plenty of ways to checkout. Self checkout is easy. But sometimes just a word or two with a friendly checker helps my day.

I initially was unable to find the 20V Dewalt framing nailer. I asked an employee, who directed me right to them, and was able to make sure I had the correct nails. I would have gotten the wrong ones if it was not for him. And I really appreciate that!

I SEEM TO HAVE WITHDRAWALS IF WE DO NOT GO TO HOME DEPOT AT LEAST EVERY WEEKEND. WE HAVE DONE A LOT OF PROJECTS WELL BECAUSE OF WHAT WE FIND THERE AND IN OUR BUDGET.

I like this store for convenient access to my home. Parking and load out are good. Always had good service and friendly staff. Flooring department was short staffed ... while filling my order of 23 boxes of flooring associate had to tell another customer it would be about 10 minutes before he could assist. Associate was very helpful and brought order to check out and then to my vehicle and helped load. Associate brought the load (one cart and not that heavy) to my vehicle rather than having me drive to loading area. Not a problem for this visit, daylight hours and pleasant weather,but for convenience and safety using the covered loading area might have been better. The loading area was not full at this time. All in all a good experience. I think this is one of the smaller stores? I make a point of going at less busy hours whenever possible. I will NOT go on Saturday morning unless it's an emergency! I like the extended hours and will often go later in the evening. A good balance of staff contact, as I like to browse, but enough staff available if you need assistance.

EACH TIME I'VE BEEN TO THIS STORE I HAVE FOUND FRIENDLY, HELPFUL PEOPLE WHO CAN DIRECT ME WHERE I WANT TO GO AND ADVISE ME ON WHAT I NEED TO PURCHASE TO ACCOMPLISH WHATEVER I'M DOING. I HAVE UPDATED MY HOUSE AND HD HAS SUPPLIED MOST OF MY GOODS AND INSTALLED SOME. I HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH REPAIRS, REPLACEMENTS AND GENERAL SERVICE.

This store had helpful associates and items were easy to find. Dustin helped me to get everything that I needed and the price was less then what I had estimated on line.

We are 100% satisfied with our on-line purchase. They were exactly what we wanted and Cruz talked to the manufacturer and got us a good deal on the price. Cruz was very patient and found a few different products that we could choose from. What a nice young man to deal with. He deserves to be employee of the month!!

Picked up my order right away; easily found another item, picked up some information literature, and was helped with the self-checkout.

I prefer this location over the Lancaster one in Slame it is worth the extra drive and is my prefer place to shop A +++

I am working on a home project that has taken me to nearly every department in the store. With very few exceptions, most store personnel I have encountered have been, at best, unhelpful. Most are unfamiliar with the products they sell. Frequently, they are uninterested in providing me with any help at all. Most of the time, I am ignored, even as I am obviously struggling to identify or locate a product. Often, they will congregate together in some part of the store and ignore all customers around them. I rarely make a trip where everything on my list is in stock. I have shopped at many Home Depot locations over the years and have never experienced as poor of service as I have received at this store over the past few months. It has been simply unacceptable.

I cast leaves in cement and finding a product free of stones, etc is not an easy task. This store went out of its way to investigate for me and find a product that would fit my needs. And the product is in a container that is easy to manipulate for a senior woman. I don't know yet if this product is going to work for what I want but perhaps with a product to slow down the drying time will make it easier to work with.

The associate was very helpful in cutting my lumber.

I just stopped in to grab a bolt and some 1/4" clear hose and they had it all great place to shop. They have it all

The moment I walked into the light bulb section the worker, JIm offered to help me. He was friendly and nice and had the information I needed for my purchase. It's nice to be able to get such good help.

Best part were the three exceptionally helpful sales associates. In addition, they knew the products and where to direct us to find items out of their own departments.

I shopped online at homedepot.com (I purchased a Gorilla Ultra Light Step Stool - excellent online reviews) and was able to purchase my item in seconds. I received a follow up email that my purchase was ready for pickup. The next day I easily picked up my item at the Customer Service Area. My online purchase also received a $5.00 reduction from the original purchase price. No muss, no fuss, very easy to buy my product knowing it was available ahead of time. I just used the step stool today, excellent sturdy product.

I SEEM TO HIT THE GARDEN SECTION FIRST. SERVICE IS GREAT AND STAFF VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.
