got 10 2x4x10. Checkout was fast and courteous. When got home I found that the 2x4'x10's were mismarked as 2x4x10's. It would cost more to load them back up and drive back to store to get correct price than I would receive back. Always double check labels against what you think you are getting.

I came with the idea of buying flooring for my bathroom. Not having much idea of what I was needing or wanting. Luckily, the gentleman working in that department was very wise. I am really happy with all his recommendations and how the whole project turn out. Thanks a lot to Lance in the flooring department and Jaycen in appliances who helped me with the paper work part.

I needed help estimating materials for a deck railing system. The pro desk helped me design a system using the deck railing manufacturer's design program. The order was delivered with the perfect amount of materials and railing lengths to expertly complete the project!

We went in to purchase our first washer and dryer and Brenda the sales associate on the floor that evening was very knowledgeable about the different options she made sure to give us all the information we needed to make the perfect decision to meet our family’s needs

Best experience..Joel was very attentive, listened to my questions an offered suggestions. He loaded 4 bags while my teenage grandson loaded the other 4. Joel kind of made loading the cart a game. My grandson was grateful for the assistance. At checkout, Kim and Loeus were friendly and we did not feel rushed. It was a perfect experience for me & my grandson.

I was greeted and directed on where I needed to go (moving supplies) one of ther employees Joel was very helpful and informative he helped me find an kind of obscure item (tv packing box) overall a very welcoming experience one thing i found started was there were no cashiers only self checkout which wasn't bad for me since im young and can use computers but It might be off putting for some older customers

Visited the store 4/30/2022 @3:45 pm and Nick was extremely helpful and friendly. Kudos to this store for working hard in hiring a great team and always looking awesome!!

I used to get anxious making returns. The amazing associates at Home Depot are always so helpful and always make me feel appreciated when I make returns. Great store!

We went for a specific item we had been having trouble finding. Not only did we find it (thanks to a very helpful employee who took time to take us to it). He even recommended the one he thought would work best for our needs. Then we needed help with the self-checkout and someone noticed right away and came to our rescue, patiently. Next we had trouble exiting and an employee outside the exit noticed and helped us get out the door. (We are Senior Citizens) The employees here were all wonderful and there was plenty of choice to choose from.

this home depot has terrible customer service. either cant get help when we need it, or they don't know, or are irritated when we need help. Also would not use their kitchen remodle service or carpet/floor service.

The Home Depot Team Member we first contacted helped us order an item online that was not available for purchase in the store, knew about the obscure 3M Damage-Free Hanging product we were looking for, even remembered the Command brand name, and directed me to the exact side of the specific aisle the product could be found in. Last but not least, she navigated using a gift card we had received to take care of both the online and in store purchases. We were VERY pleased and impressed!

The sales associate in appliances is very enthusiastic. Answered questions, made suggestions showed us options & gave us space to discuss & deside. Helpful & engaging, I got what I came to buy but never felt like I was being sold anything. Good experience, favorite HD store.

Needed Vigoro Brown Mulch and apparently THIS store is more expensive than every other Home Depot in this state… when I asked about it at the register Gavin was argumentative over the $5 I was asking him to fix. When I asked to see a manager, John just dismissed me with “our sale ended for the 4th.” It wasn’t until my husband brought the customer website to the service desk that Taylor finally took care of us after having to call a manager. I’ve never had such an issue over price discrepancies before and I won’t be coming back to this location if I can help it. Price guarantees are there for a reason, maybe teach your associates about them…

If you need to buy a door, consider this store. Extremely competent and friendly. Well coordinated with installers. One of the best Big Box store experiences I've had -- and I've a lot.

I like this store sooo much better than the other one off high way 99 . it's harder to get into and to me that store is cluttered up with rental things etc. (Sorry guys) but the cliental at 4030 is so much friendly and helpful. That's just a couple reasons I shop at 4030....

From entering to leaving, this store surpassed all expectations and previous experiences at many other locations. As a Mom to young kids I needed all the help I could get before their meltdowns began. I brought a list that and Moises completed my list for me and even found me a better option for one of my items. Skyler was wonderful and loaded all my lumber materials into my truck for me and put on a red flag for safety. Melissa was thorough and professional and everyone did this all with smiles on their faces and were thankful for ME to shop there. Wow. You don't get this kind of service any more and I will be returning.

The workers we dealt with at this home depot went above and beyond to help us and we were very pleased with their customer service! Friendly, knowledgable, helpful, and personable!

Pro desk They’re the best

We came into this Home Depot not wearing masks, we are done, we’ve had enough. The staff was unbelievably kind, helpful, respectful of our decision, knowledgeable etc. I have NEVER had a better experience. In every department we went into we were greeted with a “How May I help you, is there anything you need help finding?” And A SMILE. Unfortunately the staff were masked but you could see the smiles in their eyes. I wish everywhere could be like this. Thank you. You have earned my business for a lifetime based on just this visit. The staff at this location are ALL amazing. Thank you for creating such a positive experience for myself and my family today.
