Daphania was very helpful and her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied, is more than I expected. When I had a question that she couldn't answer, she was eager to find the answer and get back to me. She was the "model" employee.

The store is perfect. Salespersons are all helpful and polite.

This store used to be very difficult to get help when needed and associates were less than helpful. Over the past couple of years this store has turned around and now is my favorite Home Depot store to visit.

Excellent recommendation made by sales associate to help me solve my problem. Easy to find everything I needed to get the job done.

Some items are stocked in different places. I know the vendor has input for their shelf space. But some of the items that on the floor or shelves are broken or missing parts. I wish people would not do this. Sometime on restock or during the first shift they would check their area and place them away from the rest of the items or designate some one just to check time to time. Return items to vendor. Also check to see if the items are not thrown back in different boxes. I know this is more work for the few. The idea of taking an item for one type and then finding it not what labeled on the box or price tag is frustrating at times. Especially if that was the last in the area. I would waste my time to get help. Just an out of stock note on the box or hanger would help. If it is truly out of stock.

Brooke did an amazing job designing our kitchen remodel and aiding us in making it as affordable as possible. She walked us through the entire process making sure we understood everything.

Customer service was GREAT! Knowledge of product and design ideas were exemplary.

The associate who assisted me was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. I appreciate that he came up to me and offered his help because I was purchasing products I knew nothing about and he made it fast, simple and I'm pleased with the value. That's the kind of service Home Depot was originally know for, how they made their mark. It's nice to see they still offer that extra-mile service.

The outside garden areaq was very well organized and clean. I was directed to the product I was looking for quickly and accurately.

An associate stopped to direct me to product within two minutes of my arrival to the store. My cashier Carolina was cheerful, pleasant and efficient. I enjoyed my interaction with her and left the store feeling quite pleased with my purchases and my experience.

This Home Depot was very clean and the employees who helped me were outstanding! This Home Depot had all of my items I needed at great prices!

Requested help with power tools from associates at the front desk and waited approximately 15-20 mins. No one showed up until I had to wave down an employee walking through the area. Once I found him though, the knowledge and service was extremely helpful. I still had a pleasant experience and would definitely shop here again.

No hassle, to the point, and friendly. After a slight delay due to heavy traffic at service desk, Hector came forward, without being asked, and helped me, and generously overcompensated me for my time. These are the kind of things that have made me a customer of Home Depot for over 20 years...maybe longer.

The associates are always cheerful, helpful, and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond all the time. You can really count on the products and the store backs them. The associates help you to know how to use the products. I have learned so much from them. My sister says I'm turning into a real handywoman! Home Depot is truly my favorite store!

All Home Depot associates are always friendly and will point you to whatever you need. I asked Rik where to find a certain item. He walked me to it (never would have found it myself). He then asked, "What else do you need?" With a smile, he walked me to the next item. Rik was friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. He even helped load two 40-pound bags of salt into my cart. What a fun experience! Thank you, Rik!

Being a woman and elderly I appreciate the help and knowledge of the associates. They never made me feel like I was a bother. The checkout was opened especially for me , even though I only had two items and the person was very friendly and helpful.

Three associates helped me in various departments in the store to find small items that can be difficult to locate. Each went out of his way to help me find the specific item I was seeking. Home Depot is always my first stop, and thanks to the outstanding employees, almost always my last stop for home repairs, supplies and home improvements.

Karl in the paint department went out of his way to help decipher a paint code to prepare another five gallons of paint. Karl is a fine example of what Top Quality Customer Service is all about. Thank you Karl for all your time & effort.

The associates provide professional and and superb service that allows me to keep my projects on time. They work their best to provide the best overall pricing so I can pass that on to my customers. Quantity and quality and they deliver....

Brent went over and beyond to help me look for the right item. He was courteous and kind to other customers while helping me. Brent made my 45 minute drive worth it. I drove by 4 other Home Depot stores to get to this one. I will make the drive many times again just for the GREAT SERVICE!!!

I was greeted so openly from this Senior man who had the most incredible Spirit of Happiness, Joy, and such a uplifting attitude. I was approached by at least 6 Associates to help me through out the store. I wish I could remember all of their names, but they all could be Commended in their manners, professionalism, kind manner, upbeat attitudes and spirit.

This my neighborhood Home Depot. Wouldn't shop anywhere else. Friendly store associates are always willing to help.

Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 15 minutes to the Home Depot on Melrose Dr. The Oceanside Home Depot (on Vista Way) is a disaster. It will take forever for you to find what you are looking for and the associates, although very friendly, won't be any help.

My visit to the store was so enjoyable. I was able to find a store associate right away who showed me where to find what I was looking for. The associate was happy to show me the way and was happy to help and ask if there was anything else she could help with. The store was clean and very busy at the time, but I never felt rushed or hurried in any way. It really made my day!

Ordering online is easy and items I wanted were available. It sure beats walking around the store to find them! Checkout is a little slow because of product picking procedures.

The store is fine, the real story is the customer service lady who handle this particular order/purchase. In this case thr associate, Rhonda Hart-Marshall, wasthe person who totally delivered on the bottom line. In my opinion she wrote the book on customer service. You hear this all the time, but this woman must live it. I wanted to purchase floorntile to finish a job that started 4 years ago. I called your store and Rhonda answered. I told hrr of the particular tile I wantefwanted and it was out of stock and possibly discontinued. Well Rhonda called around and found the exact tile i was looking for. Not only did she find it but it was in the exact amount I neefed to finish my flooring and much to my delight, at a close out price. To me, that is going above and beyond the call of duty in cushtomer service. She even took it upon herself to get me my credit card, and delivered the product to the residence. Who really does that anymore. Remember I'm a 92 year old lady! Rhonda should be singled out for her excellent no make that superior customer service. Because of her I will be doing sll my business with that store and will seek Rhonda out whenever I need something from the Home Depot. Sincerely Amelia Guerrero.
