This store was organized and neatly stocked. I was really impressed with Art at checkout. He was very friendly and patient. Because we now wear masks it is difficult to understand what they are saying. Art was very helpful and repeated his questions for us. Even though we have a Home Depot closer to our home. We would definitely drive a little further to visit this store.

I always have a good experience at Homedepot, and I would recommend it to everyone.

My experience at home depot was amazing! The store was busy but ran smoothly, I was having a little bit of a hard time finding a few things and I asked Deja for some help, not only did she happily walk with me to find them but she helped me by placing them In my cart, she went above and beyond with a huge smile on her face that was refreshing! Overall awesome service! Thank you again home depot, and Deja!

Horrible customer service. Went in to exchange a tool that my dad needs for work and the employee helping with returns/exchanges was rude. In the end, instead of exchanging the product she refunded me and had me go look for the product myself. She said their system only showed they had one in stock and it was probably the display. When I went out to the sales floor I found the product and checked out. I was very frustrated that this trip took way longer that needed. If she had just had someone check for the product in the first place then we could've avoided the whole mess of refunding me then having to charge my card AGAIN. I understand times are tough due to COVID-19 but this experience could've been a lot better if this employee hadn't given me attitude and actually listened to what I wanted to do instead of just returning my money and trying to get rid of me.

This store would be nothing without Niko. Seriously that man deserves to be the CEO of all Home Depots globally. They really need to rename this the Niko Depot.

This is an extremely great store with wonderful staff members. There is a member of the staff named JADEN that is always a great pleasure dealing with. He is always very patient and helpful and really shows off what it means to be "a model employee". Likewise, the employee named RHONDA (refrigeration and plumbing) really knows what she is talking about. She is super knowledgeable and can help you figure out even the most complicated of problems. Both of them are amazing and are valuable assets to this establishment. Their day-to-day interactions with customers are exemplary.

Home Depot has really stepped up it's game recently. I would recommend either in store shopping or shopping online.

I wanted to set up my porch for the summer..I had just come from urgent care and needed assistance. Before I even asked, an employee named Tina came right over. She handled the items, found a cart and called another employee named Daniel. He pushed the cart to the register, once thru, pushed the cart to my car. He carefully loaded my car. What a team. This is why this store is now MY Store. Customer service at its very best.

All of the staff was so helpful, especially Beth in the self check out area. She is a 5 star employee!!!! THANK YOU

I was helped by George & Chris from department 26 who where absolutely fantastic! They went out of their way to help me and saved me $400 by not replacing the entire faucet system in the bath tub. They made my day. Employees like this is what makes a company great!

I needed help today and every staff person I encountered, knew what, where, etc as well as able to make my experience easier! It truly was a pleasure to shop at Home Depot today!

The store is too cluttered with seasonal junk. Not enough stuff for real jobs. Also, why is there a random guy ambushing customers to sell home solar systems? Not even a Home Depot employee! Don't like the hassle. Which is sad, because this store used to be good.

Avoid this store!! Parking is the worst and customer service is unacceptable.

I have been shopping this store for 34 years and its still my favorite location. The employees seem to stick around so thats a good sign.

The store was clean and organized. I wasn't in there that long today but it seemed that there were enough employees to help the customers which is not always the case in other stores.

First I get the things I was looking for then I look for the things I didn't know I wanted or needed.

Three employees came to our aid today giving us a rewarding experience. First, a new employee of x4days was exceptionally pleasant and knowledgeable with experience. We ordered LVP flooring, and her personal experience goes a long way. Second, as a customer, it can be annoying to not find help when you need it. Our purchase was tying up her time, and the dept was busy with other needy customers. Melanie worked efficiently to quickly answer and direct customer questions all while not losing focus of our transaction. Next, Melanie pulled together a team to help with an online special order that would not apply a military discount on Nov 10. Theresa and Audrey were determined and successful with this last part of the transaction. Our Veteran’s Day purchase turned out fantastic. Ty HD.

I had to stop in to home depot store 0679 on Wednesday to follow up on my order and as I wait for about 6 minutes before anyone at that desk acknowledged the customer waiting to be help I saw this homedepot employees at least three working on a phone call as the line grow longer if this is homedepot best good luck this store has seriously gone down hill if ask any about a product they either don't know or just walk away homedepot please train your employees about your products .this store reputation, needs alot of improve both the products and services of the store.

Aisle after aisle is obstructed with overstock merchandise displays making it difficult to move through the store. A half dozen or so attempts must be made at the check-out for the card readers to be able to read my card. The Home Depot corporate office should have purchased new car readers instead of merchandise.

This store customer service has gone way down since 2018. Does not have a warm environment

price and selection are good. Delivery pickup is a pain. This takes time and you must bring your patience.

We needed a new microwave oven and Sonya from the cabinet department helped us. Although appliances wasn’t her department she was very efficient.
