Chelsea in the paint department tried to make fun of me today by giving me the wrong color paint. I let her know that I was partially blind and she was put off because she really did not want to help me. She made sure her colleagues knew she did not want to help me. She made sure the paint that I picked was the wrong color is thinking that I would not be smart enough to test it against the paint that I had chosen.. after I called her out, she told me to go away from her paint department. Yes I did speak to the manager. I wasted two hours of my day today to be treated this way in made fun of. I hope Chelsea’s having a good night.

This location always goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service! Patrick in hardware is always helpful and knowledgeable of product and product locations throughout the store; never skips a beat to help. The cashier Patricia is the best! From greeting everyone to helping you wrap up your transaction, great experience!

Nathaniel was helpful and knowledgable. June checked me out of store and made certain shop vac accessories were the correct size. The man at the returns counter was so kind and helpful. I do not know his name, but I returned a box cutter that just did not suit me.kudos to that dept also.

In 2019 I purchased A washer, Dryer and refrigerator from The Vista Collage locationl all Samsung, Within the 1st year I encountered problems with the Washer and refrigerator; Called for service and had them repaired. with in the next year I had more problems with both again.When I called for service Samsung informed me that I was not covered under Warranty, because the machines were out of Warranty when I purchased them and that I would need to pay for the fist repair call. I will never purchaseanother appliance from "The Home Depot"

I visited the Home Depot on 5/27 in which my husband needed me to grab some things that were a little heavy for me. I was starting to lift a product and Josh immediately offered to help lift the items and any other things I needed during my trip there to Home Depot, plus offered to load it into my car. Thankful for a seamless trip today and Josh's perfect customer service!

Cashier Tiffany and a merchandise placement rep. I believe named Florentina both provided excellent customer care in a store that has been lacking it of late. It's too bad that everybody's not on the same boat as they are.

Went in to get a wire wheel for my angle grinder and decided to get a welding cap too just to protect my hair. As I was checking out the cap didn't have a bar code on it and the manager was so kind he didn't charge me for it since it was getting kind of late and for convinience. Definitely recommend Home Depot for a hardware store!

I found an associate to help me right away. I don't remember his name (he had impressive tats though), but he seem to have an almost encyclopedia knowledge of the stores layout. He gave clear and concise directions to the exact product I needed. I spend less than 5 minutes in the store and walked out happy. The perfect shopping trip!

I LOVE this place. Not just for the Veterans Discount. I'm not much of a DIY type but when I do get the bug, Home Depot is my go to place. I often go in with an idea in my head and come out with a much simpler game plan and what I need to make it work.

My husband and I have made 2 trips to this Home Depot in the last 2 days, we’ve spent most of our time in electrical and the gentleman working was extremely helpful, approached us day one to see if we need help finding something, which we did and day 2 remembered us and helped my husband again. The cashier greeted us and asked us to come to her line, while helping us she was very knowledgeable and let me know of current promotions using my card. Overall a very great experience!

My husband and I are doing our first big home improvement project. We have been so blessed to have such great guidance and service with Home Depot. We truly feel that Home Depot is the ultimate home improvement store for all your home projects.

Unfortunately I found the attitude of the employees was more "how to avoid customers" and "how can I do as little as possible for customers" than "how can I help customers." Also, the store layout is different from others and made it more difficult to find things, and gave a cramped feeling.

This Home Depot store is always clean, people are always cordial, knowledgeable, and willing to help. They have a great attitude which helps also It is always a pleasant experience to visit this store.

The representative that I worked with, Natasha, was amazing! She found mistakes from a prior invoice and she was able to save me money by signing me up to the Home Depot Pro program.

I purchased two sliding doors, I was told they were in stock, given a delivery date, no doors. Two delivery dates promised, still no doors. Apparently I purchased doors that are not in stock, and can't be located in other stores. BAD BUSINESS!!!

No help, merchandiser couldn’t be bothered to assist claimed ignorance so I asked him to call for assistance he had a radio, then got past by two employees only of which one was the specialist in that area but left without helping me when I approached the merchandiser again he simply shrugged his shoulders like it wasn’t his problem worst customer service ever just moved to the area will never shop here again and will be rating you on google and yelp

I went to the Oceanside Home Depot today - primarily to buy paint. Throughout my visit, the staff was efficient, available for questions, and friendly. My cashier, Andrea, was exceptionally friendly, patient and helpful. Thank you all!

I went in to buy a tool box last night. Boom...in and out in a quickness. The workers looked it up...located it...lowered it down...and put it in the back of my truck. NICE!! Natasha and Justin....100% great!
