I asked where plywood was located the worker laughed and said “well it’s not is electric.” Her response was just really nasty and uncalled for.

Everything seems in good order at the store but, it is sometimes difficult to find help if looking for something special.

Employees are courteous and helpful (thank you, Brad in doors and all.)

I was helped by Lydia and Rommin with a difficult return. I have a very strong personality and they handled me with great professionalism. All my questions were answered and my problem was resolved.

great help...bring a cell phone pic to show your problem or project. Don't talk your associate to death with your small talk other people are waiting for his assistance

If you plan on shopping at this store I hope you do not have to have an encounter with the cashier manager Mike. He is very rude, takes his time to come to even see why he is needed, and can’t even help you more than a regular cashier. Not to sure why he is even the manager. Won’t ever see me back at this location again.

Vista Way Oceanside store always clean and easy to move from aisle to aisle because of great organization and open display of products up and off the floor. Especially like both front and back entrances to parking lot, easier to park, get what you need, and be on your way. Employees just seem to be friendly and helpful even if you haven’t approached them first. Twice they helped me locate items at the store website and delivery came on the promised days- very convenient to me.

Small store its okay in a pinch but many times I have to go to a different store to get what I need many times I find the store crowed and almost most of the time lone lines and items I need are sold out.

You need to ad a second floor to the store to offer the same amount of items like all the other stores in the area. NEED TO PRACTICE COVID-19 restrictions to keep people safe!

The store was very clean and we felt safe shopping there. The staff was kind and helpful. We've been to a lot of stores throughout CA and this store is above the rest!

I love shopping at the garden center. Lots of beautiful varieties of plants. I purchased two plumerias today. I was assisted by several people and they were all nice especially, David at the cashier who was very helpful and pleasant.

It's a smaller Home Depot, but they keep virtually everything I need in stock. The best thing about the store is their employees. They consistently care about what I'm doing with my projects, and always offer a helping hand. They have overall good attitudes, and are far and above their competition. I actually enjoy shopping there (except on weekends). Given time, they'll help me plan out new projects.

The store has a large number of various items related to home building, gardening, electrical gadgets, house supplies and needs.

Some areas are so tight. I can found the products which I looking for easily. I got assistance in wood cutting dept. Store was clean. Associates were friendly and knowledgeable.

Polite employees and they went an extra mile for the elderly couple who needed help next to me. The cashier was extremely friendly and helpful...and polite.

THE STORE HAS GREAT EMPLOYEES. Anthony at online/refund counter exceeds customer service expectations. Online service dept is there to find products not available in store. I have used them for my bathroom remodeling.

Cashier by the name Lydia was a big help to me and my mom! She's very nice and professional, too!

Don't bother with delivery. It's more miss than hit. Sloppy procedures, wildly inaccurate delivery dates. Clueless employees. It looks like either very badly written policies and procedures, or total disregard of same. Same results, bad customer service.

Worse customer service- customer beware if you shop on line. Don’t expect any help if your order is defective. Employees are not interested

Three employees deserve recognition for outstanding service: Audrey in plumbing really knows her products. Next visit she was not there but Luis helped me. I am temporarily handicapped due to a broken let and he had no problem walking along with me. Bernice in Appliances spent over an hour showing me various options for a refrigerator. She showed no sign of impatience and was happy to help

Jaden in the Plumbing Dept is exceptional @ Customer Service; he went above & beyond to help me with a problem that I tried solving on my own for a month, with zero luck! He's not only pleasant & very helpful, with a kind disposition, but he is very creative & doesn't give up until he can find a solution to the problem & he was able to custom build something for me out of 2 pcs of metal gas pipe & 1pc joint that will last a lifetime on my Bicycle project that none of the bike shops I called in Calfornia could remedy. I have a great, old school Ladies Schwinn Beach Cruiser Bike that I had fully restored/rebuilt/repainted to its original condition & I just love it, but the company is no longer in the USA & I couldn't get parts shipped from China during this Covid-19 Disaster & called several bike shops with no luck & couldn't ride my bike for a month & I was completely frustrated, since the gyms are closed down, UNTIL I met Jaden! I couldn't be happier; I am ecstatic that he was able to fix my problem! Home Depot doesn't just fix home repair projects, but also rare Classic Bicycle projects; I guess it helps that he knows a lot about Motocross Motorcycles too. Thank You JADEN! You made my Summer! :)

This store was organized and neatly stocked. I was really impressed with Art at checkout. He was very friendly and patient. Because we now wear masks it is difficult to understand what they are saying. Art was very helpful and repeated his questions for us. Even though we have a Home Depot closer to our home. We would definitely drive a little further to visit this store.
