Best sales team ever! Throughout my renovation, Home Depot has been my go to for products and advice. I would highly recommend this store for anyone looking for a professional and reliable "team" to help them with home projects.

Friendly customer service employees who don't give you the stressful runaround when you attempt to do a return with no receipt. Really makes the store experience stress free and petsonable instead of feeling like the employees are drones in some corporate machine.

There is more day labors than ever. They block traffic.

Great friendly staff and super selection of ladders! Check out very fast and always short check out lines.

I had a complicated special order and the sales representative "Berenice" went out of her way to not only complete the order but to make sure I would get the tool on time to complete my job. She seemed to know exactly how to do her job and how Home Depot works!

I was shopping for heavy things needed for gardening and found the nicest young man, Charlie, in the Garden Dept that really made my day. Not only did he help pull the large soil bags off the shelf and bring them to the cashier for me, but he volunteered to help by carrying them out to my car and drove the cart back, saving me the trip. Having bad knees, I always make it a point to take the cart back into the store to insure the next person in need has the cart available. Charlie saved me the trip. He is such a nice young man, really terrific! Thank you Charlie.

Thanks for the $75 discount on my lumber/hardware purchase of$300+ just be signing up for the Home Depot credit card.. That was a shocker..

Store was neat, employees were kind and mostly everyone was very knowledgeable . Can’t get over how great Michelle truly was to my husband and I. It was an hour til closing and I didn’t feel rush. She showed me great deals on sale plant hangers which I ended up buying all the rest available. I left very satisfied. Never have I ever had an experience like that at a home improvement store.

being a handyman i often buy what I think will be needed for the project and sometimes (well most of the time) will need to return items. Your customer service desk is ALWAYS pleasant, friendly and prompt in action. "Maura" is a joy to work with and is always helpful on either returns or exchanges.

This store is very clean. And there is an employee by the name of Daryl Who always gives excellent customer service every time I come into the store he is always so helpful and polite. Most Home Depot’s going into there being a woman you always get someone trying to make you spend more money than you really need to however at the store I never experienced that always great customer service and always clean

Great store but the grounds out side are terrible. The hillside and packing lot is filled with trash. The store manager said it is not his problem, it is the Landlords job. I live in the area and the site looks like a dump. Day workers are the problem.

My experiences with the Oceanside store have always been positive. Team members are always friendly and ready to help.

The employees are very helpful here. The only reason they don't get a 5 star is the layout is hard to follow compared to other Home Depot stores I have shopped at.

Great customer service!

Beth the cashier was very rude and didn’t want to help us out with making sure all the parts were in our open box. We couldn’t get anyone to help us in that Dept so we were told to go to the checkstand with Beth. She was rude, didn’t want to help us. We had to be persistent in her calling a manager . Then the tree rang up wrong like $100 more than the tag and she tells my husband while I am going with the manager to show her the tag that it’s because the tree has lights on it . Really ? Don’t all artificial trees come with lights? I will not go back to that store let alone her line. What ever happened to customer service! Isn’t Home Depot paying her to be polite and be a good customer service rep?

I am always looking forward to visit this location of Home Depot. It has a very friendly and great atmosphere. The employees are very professional. Great store to shop in. Whenever my husband goes there, I ask him if I could tag along.. I always find something for myself...

The staff knows the store very, very well and have great recommendations to solve project problems! I especially like the fact they've had a Veterans discount for many, many years contrary to their competition.

James in the lock department is an asset to this store. Very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff and when I do have a return for items I did not use or need, Tammy has been quick and efficient processing my return. I usually end up leaving with another purchase. They always have what I need.
