I been visiting the store for a month and it’s been a wonderful experience with the people, it’s been like a dream to me, everything is just perfect and everyone are so friendly, welcoming and supportive, It will be a pleasure to continue to shop @ this location and prices are reasonable

Great service and quality products at Home Depot

I purchased a new, already assembled Husky workbench today. I transported it to my residence and didn't even make it out of the bed of the truck before one of the casters fell apart. Frustrating as I have a very important project to complete and the workbench was a part of its success. I called the store and discussed options with the manager, Jeff. HIs advice was to just bring it back and a refund would be provided. He sounded distracted and impersonal on the phone during our brief conversation. When I made it back to the store, I explained the events to Jeff and showed him the broken caster. His provided options were that they would refund the purchase or they could look to see if they could find a replacement caster that may or may not match. I thought and expressed that I would accept four replacement casters so that they would match and prevent any additional failures of the other three. He said he would be willing to give one replacement, but would not agree to finding a matching set as it would cost "him" over $100..... I feel not flexing to provide a customer with adequate replacement parts on a product line, Husky Brand owned by Home Depot, that were faulty is so frustrating. I spent my evening purchasing and transporting this defective product back and forth. No consideration was given to my time and effort as providing a matching set of replacement casters was a stretch for the bottom line of this store. He didn't even offer to find a replacement product at another local store! I felt Jeff's lack of creativity in addressing product defects was poor customer service at best. I actually would have accepted a simple markdown on an upgraded workbench from Milwaukee as a fair compensation. The upgrade would have been an additional $300 in sales for the store....but no effort was given to recognize and find resolution to the matters. A simple refund was the easy solution to make the problem go away. The result, I will not return as a customer to Home Depot. I was a long time shopper and previous associate. Very frustrated and disappointed with my experience. Blue Store here I come!

I purchased various sized ground contact (treated) lumber. One of the sizes needed were 4x6x10 posts and supposedly in stock according to one of the employees that took me to the location. The material was on the third level of the rack. There were two employees there with one being a forklift driver. I asked the lift driver if he could lower the material to the ground and, but he said there were 4 people ahead of me that he had to pull material for. The other young male employee brought out a stair stand, and steel rod used for pulling lumber and said I could use that. I needed nine posts, so I started to go through them because there were so many bad ones. A Supervisor for the two employees came up to talk to one of the other employees asking why they were not using the lift to lower the material. I turned around and said to that Supervisor that was what I originally requested. The Supervisor called over the lift driver who said he was still busy pulling orders for others, so the Supervisor did not say anything else. The other employee who brought out the stair stand etc. helped a little with the heavy posts but seemed lazy. My spouse said she caught him rolling his eyes as if we were an inconvenience. After I finished pulling all the other lumber and paid, we went out to load it. While loading I noticed the posts were not 10 foot long but 8 feet. I went back into the store and spoke with the Supervisor about it. Looking at the receipt it shows 4x6x8 which was not what I wanted. The Supervisor went back to the location where we pulled the material and said that is the correct location for the 8 foot long and they don't have any 10-foot-long material. He checked the HD system and said no other stores have any and don't know when they will. I explained that I purchased the material using the 18-month financing option but if I have to return those shorter posts, how will that impact the financing since you have to spend $1000 to qualify. He responded that he did not know, and I would have to call the finance company. I still have the posts and have not returned them yet. This was just a few days ago. Overall, it was a poor shopping experience and not sure I would want to go back to that store.

I chose this store as my home store because I always get the help I news and enjoy a positive shopping experience. The leadership team at this store runs a smooth and well trained operation.

Bill at the Olathe store spent considerable amounts of time finding exactly the part we needed to fix our bathroom fixture. The part was very inexpensive. But unknown to Bill while he helped my wife find this part I was off in other parts of the store spending more money. We love the folks at the Olathe store because they seem to care and work hard, even if its a 2 dollar part.

Terrible employees at this store! No undestanding of products and what was advertised in the sales ad. I had an military discount and took us 20 mins to correct in their system that I'm a military vet. No problem at the other store they had my info. This store needs to be trained professionally on how to update their system and also stay on top of products in their store ads that are on sale.

I have been looking for a product and had check the internet for a store close to me that carried it. Went to the store and upon entering asked the lady at the returns desk if they carried it. Without blinking an eye she told me the Aisle it was on and exactly where. Low and behold there was the product I was looking for and in stock. Picked up some other items as well and went to the checkout. As I approached a young man asked if I was ready to check out and was outstanding in his service. Such friendly people providing assistance. I've worked Customer Service most of my life and these two people provided that to a T. Store was clean and products well stocked and faced. Great Job!

Everything I need is in the store, we'll stocked

I ordered and paid for a new front door in May 2024, to be manufactured and delivered by the end of July 2024. It arrived 6 weeks late and was manufactured wrong--sidelights had correct 4" thresholds and center had a 6" threshold! "Expedited" reorder took longer than the original was promised. Now I'm waiting for the weather to allow for proper installation for insulation, calk, etc., and without having my house open to freezing temps.

Been shopping in this store for 20 yrs as a commercial client and the new pro desk mgr refused to lower a large order of lumber from the overhead for two of my employees. Told them they were rejecting too much straight lumber when there wasn’t even enough within reach to fulfill our order.

What I needed was on sale. That's good

Went on Saturday to buy refrigerator. Was able to order it and will have it delivered in one week! Fernando was great and answered all our questions.

Plus they are dog friendly and always have treats for the pups.

.I always shop at home depot for all of my home improvement. Needs, my last trip included a purchase of a 4 / 8. Sheet of plywood An employee was kind enough to rip and cross cut the board to my needed measurements, and then help me get them on a cart and to the front counter.

Need to work on keeping stock organized in the proper location.

Mispriced items and the manager "Isn't around". Don't stock an item under a sale tag if it's not the correct item. It's a waste of my time to wait around to figure out how you guys messed it up. The kicker is another employee knew it wasn't the same item but the tag is still there.

They charged me to set up installation of 2 doors 2 storms a week and half later their installer scheduler wasn’t able to arrange for measuring doors 2 trips to the location their sales supervisor called and said she canceled my order she since had 14 new sales and returned my money What the heck?

I ordered flooring. Didn’t get delivered. Home Depot could have fulfilled order in area but chose not to.

Joel was a careful, thorough assistant for my recent washer/ dryer purchase. I left the store feeling confident that he had checked all the boxes. He was friendly, competent, and efficient. That is hard to find lately.

We go to this store almost every day and we always are helped by Jon at pro Desk, he makes sure we get the best service and always do his job as fast as he can to get my guys in and out to their way, there is never wait lines he is super friendly, always have that smile on his face. We few great every day getting treated nicely by the store people. I would not go anywhere else. Great Store! Ps. Melos

Crew who installed the appliances did not use the braided lines I paid for. Store gave me the correct lines to install myself. The drain line came off, flooding several rooms. Likely will need some wood flooring replaced. Electrical connection on the dryer installed backwards.

1. Walked in door and ask the first employee I saw where the moving supplies were located. A quick, courteous answer. 2. Walked to the location and found an employee that appeared to be cleaning the area. He stopped what he was doing, showed me immediately to the box I needed to ship a painting. I had the painting with me… so he opened the box up and placed the painting inside. It was perfect!!! So easy! And he was so enjoyable to work with. He then directed me to the check out location. Smiling all the time. - at the check out location, a supervisor appeared to be working at a “self-ckeckout location.”. I told him I was tired and need help with check out. “ sure…I’ll help you! “.. within minuets I was out of the store. My puppy was give a dog treat … just amazing to get this type of service in today’s world! Thank you so much!

I am in the middle of a big remodeling project and do a lot of ship to store and returns as I progress through the project. The store manager and the staff have been amazing!

Was shopping for refrigerator. Appliance Specialist Joel Birchard was very helpful, kind, and so thorough explaining features and cost.

I never SERVE LIKE THAT before the Miss "JUDY" serve me. right on top of my desire. I was not accepting that kind of service but becuase the way she treat I bought the item the one I was looking for long time and honestly I wasn't ready to buy today either but good attitude toward me convince me to buy right way. Thank you JUDY I'll surely see you soon for something else. 5 star service.

My wife and I bought a range and microwave from Joel in Appliances. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to guide us through the buying process. We will definitely be back because of this level of service.

Very friendly and helpful staff work here. It's a bit dirty and there's lots of birds in the garden area, and they had limited stock on some items. Overall, this is my number one choice compared to others stores.
