The leadership at this store is amazing and will take care and stand behind the products they sell.

Bought 25 rolls of grass sod. When I got home 8 of the rolls that were on the bottom were in very bad condition. All the other rolls were in good shape Store Manager Jeff went over and above to make it right Thank you Jeff

Went to store for great price on mulch and what a bonus when I learned there was a drive thru for mulch and Lawrence helped and he had such a great attitude! Thank you Lawrence!

I come here multiple times a week. As a new Homeowner I love having this Home Depot near by! The staffbie friendly and helpful. I am always impressed with the kindness the workers show me.

I was looking all over for parts to reattach a downspout back to the side of my house. I was all over the store looking for fasteners they used back in the 80’s. Jerry helped me 100% and I had everything I needed to get it reattached within an hour of returning home.

We needed to replace a bathroom faucet so we went to Home Depot. Terry was working in that aisle and helped us get everything we needed. He made the job easy and we really appreciated it!!

I needed help finding a particular smoke detector and two employees went out of their way to help me. Shelby and Julie were great!

I called the a store to get information regarding sales price/dates. The employee (Rick) from the appliance department went above and beyond. He took the time to call me twice with information and ultimately assisted me to get the best price on the purchase of a refrigerator, saving me 150.00. Thank you so much, it’s refreshing to still be able to receive such personal service.

Whenever I’m in the store it is very easy to find things and the employees are knowledgeable when I’m looking for something or troubleshooting an issue.

The staff were helpful, friendly and answered all my questions. It was quick and easy to get what I needed and was back home quickly to finish the project I was working on.

I had a confusing return that took a lot of time to manage. Vanessa spent over an hour searching for a receipt and putting it together. Mike was great as well coming in to assist in getting my refund completed. Truly amazing customer service!

I had an employee in almost every dept. ask me if I was doing okay and help me greatly if I needed help. I especially noticed my sweet cashier Alex. He was all the way at the end of the store and I came to him with my school tax exempt card. It was tricky and he was polite and did everything he could to help. Including asking for help when he needed it and making sure I had what I needed. Such a sweet young guy working hard on a Sunday. I was totally clueless and he walked me through it without making me feel clueless. Outstanding young man. Restored my faith in humanity. Great job Alex!

We have recently moved to the area and have had many projects to do at our new home so we have been frequent visitors to this store (1-3x/ week) over the last few months. Every time, no matter whether we are needing help with finding an item, checking out, special ordering, or a return, the staff who work there have been amazing! Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The selection of items is great and prices are competitive. Highly recommend this store!

On Sunday, our refrigerator's compressor quit working. I went to Home Depot as they carry a wide selection of refrigerators to actually view before purchasing.. Our local store is extremely clean and have informed and friendly associates

I wanted a Cub Cadet Zero-Turn mower, my local store didn't have one in stock, but I found one online at this store. By the time I got there, it was already sold. So, I agreed to buy one online, and have it assembled there. I thought it strange it would take a week to have it assembled, but now I know this store has no one competent enough to assemble one. I picked it up May 6th, and had to find it myself outside, no one knew where it was, and there was no indication on the mower that it was mine. I mowed with it for an hour, then it wouldn't start. When I turned the key, all I got was "click, click", telling me the battery was dead. I couldn't even jump start it off my truck. I called the store and talked to a manager on duty. He told me to bring the battery for exchange. I did so today, and was told there are no such batteries in stock. I was told I could get a refund of the price of the battery, and buy another elsewhere, then told I couldn't due to vendor objections. So the store ordered me another battery online, and it will be another week before I can finish my mowing job with my brand-new (?) $4,000 mower. Is there a lower rating than "Poor?"

Employees, Mike and Bailey, were extremely helpful in loading my mulch bags in my truck. They were friendly and professional.

Had a great experience I. The flooring department. Steve and Phil helped me with not only my flooring needs, but also purchasing 3 toilets. They even walked them out to my car and loaded them for me! Also, I used the installation service for my toilets and it was awesome. They came on the same day as I bought my toilets!
