The store associate was fantastic!!!He made my decision that more easy for me. Take step by step professionalism was through the roof couldn't be more satisfied.

Store sales associate George G. was Outstanding and very professional, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable .

The store had my items and paying for them was quick and easy.

WAS IN AND OUT OF THE STORE FAST , SERVICE WAS GOOD AND A GREAT ASSOCIATE , SHE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL .

My only reason for not giving this store 2 stars is that it's better than the Stratford store, but that's not saying much. Lately I try to go here on the weekdays to avoid crowds and to get assistance, but the availability of associates even on weekdays is not that good here. I've walked through the last half dozen or so aisles at the building materials side of the store, and maybe 1 out of 5 times I see an associate, and if I do, they're typically not the one that can help me.

Best customer service we have received at Home Depot. We recently purchased a home in the New Haven area, and have been to the Home Depot over 20 times in the past two weeks, visiting mostly the Hamden and East Haven stores. Yesterday we went to the store in Orange and it was the best experience we have ever had at Home Depot. One associate in particular was amazingly attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He ensured we had everything we needed not only from his department, but everything that we had on our list, and helped us find alternatives when the things we wanted weren't available. He was absolutely amazing and we will be travelling out of our way to go to this store again.

WENT TO BUY A BAR-B QUE, EVERYONE ENSURED THAT I HAD ASSISTANCE!!!

The gentleman at the paint desk, Wattson, was extremely knowledgable and helpful. I have had to visit him several time to get the right color match for the paint at my clients house. Luckily with his superior knowledge and experience we were able to get the correct color. Thank you Wattson!

The store was organized and clean, however it was the sales associate that made the difference for me. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable about all products and made my home depot experience easy. I got everything i needed and in a timely fashion. I would most definitely go back to the orange location.

I think that Behr paint is the best stuff out there, and go to Home Depot to buy it. The paint department people are well trained and the cashier Alexandria was extra helpful. I enjoy shopping at the Home Depot and would recommend it to anyone unless you need a lot of attention at a very busy time.

Ordered material for a bocci court and all associates were helpful at the ordering and picking up(Christine) at the Pro Desk and at Truck Rental(Tim).

I had to order windows, Ronald made the process easy.

Products were easy to find and in stock. Finding somebody to assist me was the problem.

This store probably needs a new management team. As a former manager of many employees in a customer service industry, it is obvious to me that employees in this store don't understand the importance of every customer that walks in the door. That's a management issue!! I have been shopping in Home Depot's in different parts of this country for close to 30 years and find this store among the worst. Employees in this store made me feel that they didn't care if I shopped there or not. Cluttered front area and aisles, 1 register opened (cashier not friendly) while I'm watching other sales associates walking around. The Home Depot close to where I live in Florida have their employees trained to ask all customers if they need assistance. In the Orange CT store NOT ONE employee asked me if I needed assistance. I would not recommend this Home Depot to family and friends. I have had a better experience in the Derby, CT store.

All products I was looking for I was able to purchase

I was pleasantly surprised when Brian explained the different types of lighting and then reviewed my options for changing my flood lights. He then found what I was looking for and delivered it to me in the Garden section. Tony in Garden was helping select plants and soil to decorate an area that I described. He was very creative and helpful. I had a great visit to HD in Orange, CT

STAFF WAS HEAPFUL, STORE CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT TO CHECK OUT.

I was greeted upon arrival, and numerous times as I was browsing associates asked if I needed assistance.

Store is always very well kept, light and always nice happy associate at the door to welcome customers. Have lived in same house in Milford for more than 50 years and our family shops Home Depot for almost all things connected with house and garden projects, guy toys for birthdays etc., competative prices, always helpful understanding associates in cases of returns, always helpful on the phone, always helpful with silly old woman "how to do" questions . what I really like is if an associate honestly does not know the answer to the question they will get someone who does. Except for last visit June 19th, just had to go onto website and found item, two young ladies in the Garden Dept. did'nt know what "6' Steel Fence Posts were. All in all have always depended on H.D. to carry excellent big selection of products. Finally, always someone to help put heavy things in car with a smile. Thank you Simone, Milford, Ct. Last thing competitor store in Milford not so helpful, been there twice and Home Depot is my "Go To" place.

The store was clean. The associates were outstanding. The store had everything I needed. It is very easy to get to.

OK, I was there for flower seeds. There were TWO pallets blocking my way. WHY???? Who was totally clueless that left them there? Who lacks intelligence with special relationships. HOW do they think people can access the seeds if they left something in the way.+ Aren't aisles suppose to be open???? I have a MAJOR problem with total ignorance and total carelessness. AND, WHY did you sell me a charge card telling me I'd get 5% off every purchase when it DOES NOT HAPPEN. I'm shopping Lowes where I ALWAYS get 5% off regardless of the register I'm at. I'm also going to find a way to go online and tell this story. I have my receipts to prove it. Richard Wojtyna

I love the Orange Home Depot! The employees here are so helpful beyond words. If I could name each and everyone of you I would. But my list would be a long one! All the managers and employees in the store are amazing. The help I get in the store makes my life so much easier and the products that are available are of superb quality. Thank you to all the managers and employees I cannot thank you enough. :)

I go in quite often in the course of a year, and I love the experience that I receive. I find that that the help is great and very knowledgeable. plus they carry a good variety of home needs. very pleased. thank you for this opportunity to explain my feelings. I also love their flower collection

I shop many home stores but the Orange Home Depot consistently has the "best bang for the buck" their staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with out being pushy. Their building materials seem to be better than most. No matter where else I shop I always end up back here.
