From entering to leaving this Home Depo everyone was great and friendly. Keep up the great work

Bought a product awhile ago and love it. Even though I do not have a photo to display at the moment, because I am at work, but I am satisfy with the choice I made. Above all I'm convinced that not only the East Haven location but all Home Depot locations have great staff and good products. Items are easily found and if not, staff are always in reach to help out. Home Depot family are the coolest group of individuals I've come across. At times staff approach you with a smile and say, how can I help you. At most time HD- staff drops everything that they are doing and walk with you to show you exactly what you are looking for and even give you great advice about the product.

I had purchased a silver bullet hose 100 ft about six months ago and did not last before it cracked. Will return to store for credit.

I am so impressed with the customer service I had today at this home depot. Allan in particular went out of his way to help me find a product that was on a high stock shelf. Otherwise I would have left without the product. Above and beyond usual customer service!

Employees were friendly to me and to each other.

We had a very successful shopping experience at the Orange, CT Home Depot. All items on our list were found easily in a neat & well stocked & lit store. The staff & cashier were very helpful & pleasant.

When checking out at the Home Depot in Orange CT... look for Lenny... she goes above and beyond to help you get your purchase done as quickly as possible.

My husband and I went in to the store just to see what window treatments they had. We were asked if we needed any help by a nice sales woman named Jen. She knew exactly what item we needed and found it very quickly. Everyone was very nice and it was easy to get in and out. Truly, I forgot what a great store the Home Depot in Orange was.

Got what I needed, not to many people shopping. Had extra help from staff at the self register, she was awesome, friendly and knew her job well...what a great combo now a days!

Caitlin the cashier was very helpful and friendly, and I didn’t get the gentleman name from appliance dept but he was great as well. Sunday 3/24/2024 around 4:00

The locks I purchased were of excellent quality. Once installed, I hope they will do what is expected.

This location seems to have great team effort within their employees. It’s rare to have everyone try to assist together to help the customer these days but it’s seems this location has this covered.

Lst night I was at the Home Depot in Orange, CT and I could not locate the specific item I was looking for. There were two young men working in the garden department, and they both were extremely helpful, kind and polite! They are wonderful employees!

I was looking for a dehumidifier and an employee named Sandy who was headed out the door saw the look on my face and asked me if she could help me. She brought me to where the dehumidifiers were and explained which ones were on sale. I explained to her that I had recently had surgery and couldn't lift anything over 20 pounds. She went and got a cart for me put it in my car and explain to me that someone up front would bring it out to my car. All this from an employee who was headed out the door with her jacket on.

My pick up items were lost, and the only helpful employee was Alisha! She has great customer service!

My Home Depot sales associate Nick helped me 08-31-2023 and helped me review options and make a decision on a lawn mower. He made the experience efficient and actually a pleasure. I tried three other local stores I am glad I saved the best for last.

I always receive a friendly greeting when I shop. I have bought all of my appliances from this store due to their staff and how they have treated me every time I go there.
