The staff at this store are particularly helpful. I have never had a bad experience shopping there.

I walked right in and was waited on immediately, plus selected a snow broom for my car, located just 3 feet away. Ms. Rose has outstanding people skills, a gregarious, polished, persona, and a super positive affect!! Great listener, as I talked a bit, but she's indeed a savvy employee, who kept the line moving, and completed the transaction with class, and accuracy.... It was a pleasure to have interacted with her. She's indeed a wonderful asset to THIS Home Depot.

At first was having trouble finding my materials but with the help of several employees was able to locate and get out of there in a timely manner.

Home Depot has a lot of improvement left do implement but not with the customer service n the team at Oxford veally the best service of any Home Depot iexperienced very clean fully stocked n above all the best team of people. If ur faith in humanity is gone just make a trip to this Home Depot meet the manager Russell or mark or Dan bibi they will restore ur faith in humanity. God bless such souls.js

Ms Barb in the paint department is so knowledgeable about her products, I honestly do not think I will buy paint from anyone else but her. If you have a question, ask for Ms. Barb with the nails.

The garden center had such a variety of plants, planting containers & garden soil. No other store had such a diverse selection and great prices. The cashier was so kind & helpful. A +++

Shopped for building materials. Spent over $1,200. The cashier at contractors check out completely Rude and curt. She acted as if I was bothering her. Complained to manager on duty.

Plumbing supplies I needed to finish a home improvement project

Every time I have gone to this store, they to buy a product, they actually have people there that are willing to help you and many times will take you to where you need to be. In cutting lumber, they actually have someone that will show up without a long wait and do what you tell him you need. I have a hard time going to the other store with the folks that wear the blue vests. There is no one around.

I always find what I am looking for when shopping this store. I have always found employees to be pleasant and willing to help me. The store is laid out in an easy way to shop.

I bought shelving and there was a nice selection. I visited two other Home Depots trying to find the size shelving I needed and they didn't have it.

Purchased several products for outdoor cleaning and gardening. Stock and selection good. I spoke to 3 different employees regarding location of products and every single one was friendly. A nice shopping experience.

Very disappointing in this store the tool on their own Home Depot website was $30 cheaper than sold in there store.they would not even honor it so I walked out the store and bought it from somebody else their loss

They have what you need and want without the fluff the other guys push. I always feel I'm getting a good deal at Home Depot.
