I AM GETTING SINCE 10 YEARS IN THIS STORE. STILL ALL MATERIAL (WHAT I WAS USED) STILL GOOD CONDITION. PRICE IS ECONOMICAL AND I CAN FIND ANYTHING WHAT I NEED WITHIN MINUTE. EVERY YEARLY I AM SPENDING ABOUT $94000 TO 102000. EVEN FLOWER TREES AND FRUIT TREES ARE VERY NICE AND GROWING VERY GOOD AT HOME. STAFF ALSO VERY WELL TRAINED AND GOOD HELPING NATURE. VERY NICE AND VERY GOOD.

I received excellent service when I called to confirm that a tool I wanted was in inventory and I very much appreciated not only the speed of the service but the accuracy and excellent attitude of the employee. The contrast between the service I received at Home Depot and the service I recently received at one of their competitors convinces me to check Home Depot first.

Store has everything I need and then some.employees very friendly

I encountered an employee named Angie with reddish/pinkish hair at the garden center cash register, she was just standing there doing nothing I asked her why the flatbed carts were at the other end of the parking lot I’m not close to the garden center for the customers to use, she replied that’s a good question I followed up with why does she not address it with the manager and she just shrugged her shoulders. The cashier that was checking out customers was a little bit overwhelmed and she just stood there watched him and did absolutely nothing! when I got closer to the checkout she said it was 5 o’clock time for her to go, and she walked away, when I got to the cashier he was very polite and apologetic for the inconvenience. When I ask him if she was training him or a supervisor he said he had no idea what her position was or what she was doing. I will not let one poorly trained uninterested employee stop me from shopping at Home Depot however I do believe it is important to bring the shortcomings to management and perhaps have this individual re-trained and or disciplined for her refusal to work!

The store was great, very nice employees, great selection of products and it was very clean. Will return!

To Stephanie thanks for helping me check out at the self check out. I am an old disabled Vet Marine. Its difficult to use all the technology that you take for granted. I grew up in a time of dial phones and 3 TV stations. All this technology that you understand so well s challenging for me. You helped me check out a simple task for you but you showed kindness helping me and not making me feel stupid. You thanked me for my service I went out to my car and cried to think of all the other people who spit on me and cursed me out when I wore my uniform and basically treated me like you know what. Saying thanks was genuine and I want to tell you that it means a lot. The pain never goes away no matter how old I get and my appreciation for what you did I will always remember.

I am very disappointed with this store and it’s staff. It’s impossible to find help at this store. I never thought that ordering a window blinds would be such a hustle. I showed up on Monday to order some costume window blinds and after 1hr of waiting around I was told that there is no one at the store that knows how to order custom blinds. Also, I was told to leave all my information including measurements and someone would reach out to me first thing in the morning to place an order. I never got that call so I had to go back to the store where I ended up talking to assistant manager that was annoyed by my situation. There was no apology just excuses. I know these blinds were only $220 but please look up my purchases last 12 month at Home Depot. I spent over $30,000 and I did not deserve this treatment. I would recommend you to train your employees and managers. The assistant manager was not helpful at all. I would Not recommend this Home Depot especially if you need assistance from employees working there. I doubt that my review is going to be read. Thanks

Courtesy and Professionalism are above and beyond what is the normal expectations of a retail establishment

Store is generally clean and well-stocked, but has been picked over pretty good during the DIY CoVid surge. When I don't mind making a little longer drive, I prefer the Levittown store.

I am a new customer and much satisfied after buying couple of item

My fiance and I were looking for blinds for our front living room at our home and were greeted by Brian H. & Christine Birnbrauer. They were very professional and although Brian was new he referred us to Christine right away and that's when the BEST CUSTOMER service we've ever experienced took place. Christine was great as she was very detailed in the products she was showing. She helped us through every phase of the purchasing process right to the end. She's a true asset to your company!!!

Nick in plumbing is the best! Helpful and friendly and helped us from start to finish on our bathroom project. His assistance was so appreciated.

This store is one of my favorites since I moved to Pennsylvania. I have never had a problem and always satisfied with every product and employee. I rate this store the highest.

Always a good experience

This last trip to the store. The Cash Register person had me standing there for what felt like 5 minutes before she would wait on me. I should have just put the items down and walked out. I just the problem with paying with cash. Bad trip. Not normally like this.

The associates at the large appliances area were very helpful.

We frequent this store and have purchased many appliances as well as ordered doors from this location. Joe-my customer order specialist in Millwork-made this recent purchase enjoyable and was a true pleasure to work with. I will keep coming back! All employees are knowledgeable, professional and fun.

Everyone at the Oxford Home Depot is wonderful! Knowledgeable, friendly and very patient. They’ve been helping me for years as I make home improvements. And if you need it, they have it. Period.
