IThis set of luggage was offered by ROCKLAND INDUSTRIES on the HD website. It arrived promptly as HD had said. The cashier asked me if I wanted to look at the product before I left--THANK GOODNESS I DID--it didnt look anything like what they supplied you with online. She pulled up the photo and both cashiers were shocked that it looked nothing like what the listing shows!!!!!! She gladly helped me with my refund. The cashier was good, but the product NO.

My customer service Representative in the Tool Rental department was very professional and knowledgeable in explaining the process of renting the backhoe machine.

We recently needed a cement saw. When we looked at our options between renting or buying, we decided buying was our best option. We looked at Home Depot on-line and selected the best for our needs. The saw came quickly (2 days) and we have almost completed. We have to wait 30 days before we can paint the area. The saw made this a quick and easier than anticipated DYI.

These young people could use some more training.

I bought a kitchen sink faucet, a patio door lock and pesticides. It's too soon to comment on the products as I haven't had them installed as of this survey..

I am generally very happy with Home Depot in every way. No business is perfect, but I do think Home Depot is at a very high level of good service. Products are as good as anywhere.

Prices have been going above inflation. Starting to shop around. Some smaller stores are a better value.

This place is great for shopping for your home needs when you live at home.

Crazy, each time I purchased a range which 2 times there was something wrong, the first time it was used and didn't have a serial number or model number on it, it was by Whirlpool. When the whirlpool came out because it was not functioning properly, he examined the whirlpool and said it was used and told me to take a picture and ask for a replacement. I immediately did. Going right to Home depot on Depot drive in Hiram, I must admit the employees were very helpful but I had to pay again to get a replacement and they said I would get a refund when the unit was re turned. When the 3rd party techs came to deliver the new (Samsung) range, I was informed it was damaged, crazy huh, so I headed back to Home Depot after talking to an appliance rep from home Depot, especially since not only was this Samsung damaged but it was the wrong range, not the one I had physically picked out in the store. When I went in on yesterday 2/3/2025, they showed that the wrong info was displayed on the range that is why the sent the wrong damaged Samsung range. Again I had to pay for the right range, in order to get what I initially asked for. That is 3 ranges I had to pay for and each time it was not my fault but the fault of Home Depot, So why Am I paying three times and still I have gotten no refund? Do you think this is fair and it was Home Depot's fault? Please note, the sales staff like Ms. Emily, are fantastic and the 3rd party set and delivery staff, Mr. Matt and co-worker are amazing, I would tell everyone to request these people, for they help resolve the problems as best they can. It's getting your product and having to constantly pay over and over without refund that is exasperating and financially debilitating. Oh, I failed to mention that the two Managers that help with each transactions were also very kind. The rating is based on what I am going through with the warehouse sending out bad items,k the wrong displays on items in the store and the fact you have to keep paying with no refund when the fault is not your own and due to someone else's mistake.

I recently made a return at the Hiram store as well inquired about a price adjustment on an item. Rob I think his name is at the Customer Service counter provided the best customer service. He was very patient with me as always I’m never organized with my receipts he spoke so gentle and said take your time we’re not going anywhere. That really put me at ease. Keep up the great work!

I went to the front desk to find someone in the PRO department. Home Depot in Hiram had a set of movable stairs in front of the pressure treated 2" by 4" - 8 footers blocking access to the bundle. There were cut plastic straps on the floor in front of the the rack, not picked up. Saw dust and trash. The plastic strapping is a trip potential, and the saw dust /trash just poor house keeping. I got the dept manager over there to move the stairs, and he got someone to pick up the bands. He had to cut the bands on the bundle. I told him this was poor housekeeping and blocking the product. Sweep the floor, move the stairs, and pretend to care. I hate the Home Depot in Hiram. The lumber is not LABELED with the prices and the people hide.

We drive past 2 other home depots to get to this one. That should tell you everything you need to know.. They are always clean, nice, tidy and stocked.

Management throughout this store is embarrassing. The employee staff are great but how can they move up with disgraceful management training them. Scott specialty manager is a poor excuse for a manager. Shay appliance department, subpar customer service.

I was very pleased with Monroe’s & Rob performance to assist me with my shopping. She was a great deal of help setting up my military discount and finding me an item. Thank you guys!

Placed an order to build my own home which they worked tirelessly on. The HomeDepot team was a God Send for me and my family. Financing was easy and helpful as well!

Great prices! Bought three kitchen appliances that were great buys. Free delivery is a plus also. The staff are always super friendly and helpful!

I was charged an extra $140.00 more than the original price, when I complained about it. she said we don’t control that part, because the measurements determine the final price, and I said why didn’t you tell me there is a possibility of increased on the price, she said we don’t know until after, that just didn’t make sense to me.

Had a bad experience with the online customer service rep due to a bad promo code I was sent after applying for the HD CC. I finally went into the store in Hiram while in my 45 minute lunch break and these wonderful, amazing 2 ladies Elisha and Akira saved me! They were attentive, fast and polite. Not only did they resolve my issue but did it in a timely manner to get me back to work on time. They are the prime example of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you again ladies!

It took me longer to find help than it took to find out they don’t stock it.

HD has joined the liberal left in believing that Everything needs to be battery operated. I'll be using the local mom & pop outdoor power equipment store from here on out to get the tools, equipment, and machinery that I need.

I've been buying things there and always satisficed with products.

I found out some depot stores they pay someone to cut up,throw away and, haul off cull lumber. Instead of donate our sell cheap. I thought the company was trying to go green in a lot of ways. But no just kill trees.
