Denise went above and beyond to be sure I had what I needed and then did my checkout herself so that I did not have to wait. She relieved all my stress!

My warrantied lawn mower became unserviceable and Brooke provided outstanding customer service to me. Brooke located a comparable lawn mower for instead of turning me away. I am a "happy camper" thanks to Brooke, you should feel fortunate to have Brooke as an employee!

Scott was great! He was personable helpful and kind. He wasn't inconvenienced by me needing help! I will go back because of him. I had a bad experience the previous day and he really turned it around!

I have purchased a large quantity of indoor and outdoor plants at Home Depot, especially this year (2023). I have been so pleased with their growth life. All the plants, even the mark down plants are thriving beautifully.

I went in to purchase several landscaping materials and everyone there was so friendly and assisted me with everything I needed.

Need to hire some folks that know about tools and how to do stuff. Or offer those young people some specific dept. training. I have been a high school football for 31 years. Do you think I would put a player in the game at Qb that never learned the position? I would have been fired……..not their fault. No training

I am a DIY’er. I normally have an idea when I enter HD which includes a mix of Pinterest, Southern Living Magazine, and a ton of screenshots from the World Wide Web. This is important to know; because in my mind, I am a seasoned professional (I know- I’m exaggerating). Nonetheless, I enter the Lumber Dept with a sticky note full of drawings and measurements. Most of which are inaccurate. That’s when the magic begins…. JOSHUA, CHRIS, and NATE make my dream a reality. ‘What are WE making today’, ‘Don’t forget this item’, ‘Here is a tip’, ‘Sure I will help’ are just a few of the phrases that keep me coming back. No matter how unrealistic my idea is, they find a way to politely bring me back to reality with their suggestions and encouragement. ‘You got this; come back and let me know how it goes’. You can buy lumber anywhere, but the customer experience that you get from JOSH, CHRIS, and NATE at HD is immeasurable.

Manager Elisha went above and beyond to assure I got the product I needed and helped with coupon that wasn't sufficiently working at the time.

joann and Nicholas have given me the best customer service I've had in awhile and this is by far my favorite home depot

If you want great customer service the Hiram Home Depot store is where to go people are friendly willing to help and make sure that you leave the store with everything you need to do the job where to go appreciate great customer service

Lil Jimmy. He helped me understand what bulb I needed and how I could test mine with the chart that Home Depot provides for their customers. He also helped me find the replacement parts for my Sharp Vac Mop, even though it was out of stock. He asked the service Desk employee Linda to order it for me online and it can be delivered to my home. She was so kind and pleasant to help me also. Home Depot has great employees, I will returning soon.

The floor ordered the wrong flooring type and botched my scheduled installation. Customer service was terrible and handled poorly. Do not recommend

I go to Home Depot to buy what I need for a home project. I also spend a good bit of time walking around and looking at all the product offers. You never know what you might need for a repair or next project.
