Everything I need for a hobby or remodel I can get it at Home Depot. The employees are so friendly and ready to help. Not a store I'd rather be in.

Stop standing around and open some registers. If you are not going to help find or load building materials, at least you can ring it up

I was in a hurry and chose to use the HD app to locate what I was looking for and grabbed it and was in and out quickly.

Love to shop year round. Tools, flowers, home remodeling, ect. My favorite place to browse also on phone app.

Please have the parking lot repaired and repaved. Carts will barely roll on it and potholes abound.

You alot people who seem to walking around,(working) but very few who want to help. Customer service is dead. At most big box store. Employees on phone, employes dont care, sure sometime get a "good guy" but usually it just a waste of time. Better off to order it on line.

Kell and Gary in the Paint Dept are wonderful to work with along with all the staff throughout the store.

I've always been pleased with my visits. Usually they always have what I'm looking for, occasionally I have to search somewhere else but not very often. I also from time to time have had to track someone down for help but not very often, I've been there so much I feel like I know the store as well as the employees.

This is the last place you want to purchase paint or anything else that requires someone to assist you. If you can take care of yourself and care nothing about customer service: this is the store for you!

I purchased an LG refridgerator and electric range two years ago. The oven will not heat to set value and the ice maker is broken. Both are out of warranty. I will replace with Bosch units.

Never had a problem with this store been shopping it for years.

There was no fun in the store

Always have great trip at the Home Depot at Pell City. Very polite and informative workers and usually always have what I am looking for. When they were out of something I needed, they have called around to different stores to help me locate the items I needed.

This Home Depot has the best employees and they don't run the other way when you have that I need help look on your face. I needed help in purchasing a microwave and couldn't find the counter top models. I looked around and saw an employee, asked if he could direct me and that's how I met Ricardo, whom I'll never forget. He stayed with me and didn't act like I was a bother. He answered my questions, made suggestions and after I made my choice he loaded in my cart and took me all the way to checkout. I couldn't thank him enough. At checkout, I met Tina who explained the extended warranty, which I purchased. She was very kind and knowledgeable about the product warranty. After I made my purchase, an employee named Mel offered to help me to my vehicle, which he did in the rain! He was so kind and I felt like I was the only customer there with all the attention I got! I felt special and will forever go back there for anything I need that they sell! If you want TRUE customer service, I suggest Home Depot in Pell City. Ask for Ricardo, Tina or Mel if you need any help! I'm sure they're employees are all great, but they were who I dealt with.

I brought a Traeger pellet Grill and I am very pleased with it so far one of the Managers help me with it and even call two employees up to help me load it in my truck and to make sure that it was good for me.

In my opinion this has been run poorly for years. Recent management change has shown some improvement yet many associates behavior is unacceptable. Online orders and pickups work the best. The poor approach to service exists today. Rude immature adults wearing no identification act as if the customer is not to be served. Embarrassing a customer into feeling unwelcome or breaking some rule is not acceptable. Managing inventory over sales is not a customer fault. Not to be yelled about down half an aisle as a problem. Clearly there is a conflict of interest inside the store as far as who is running the operation. Be warned. You matter! Make your experience known. Corporate America is in the dumpster.

We haven't visited here in a while. We were pleased at how helpful the employees were when we need help locating product.

Today I was helped by a nice girl named Karlee at the register, she helped me get through my transaction quick and easy with a beautiful smile on her face the whole time. I will definitely be back in the future to see Karlee for any help I need.

Your new Company Policy and 3rd Party Refund Verifications Policy is a chronic failure to the common returning Customers. It would be different if there were a threshold of a dollar amount to cross before this ignorant 3rd Party Verifications Denial Policy would take place. As it stands now, the 3rd Party Return Verification Policy treats all (lost) non-receipt Customers like they are criminals based on other individuals' fraudulent actions especially if paid for in cash when purchased. This was a $7 toilet connector that your inventory, as well as your (own) transaction records, could be inaccurate. There was another large Retailer (HQ Hardware) about 20+ years ago that decided to start treating its' own Customers with absolute disregard with policies like this 3rd Party Return Verification Policy, and then in the short term of years; began their (own) slow crawl to bankruptcy because they forgot about the thousands and thousands of dollars that the returning Customers had already spent with them, and made it too difficult to do business with them. Sad way of doing business.

Our most recent trip was for 56 deck boards and Keith in the lumber department was outstanding! Pleasant and friendly and whistling the entire time he was helping us even out in the hot sun!
