I went in to have 6 4x4x8 fir posts cut for a bed project and employee Dubs helped me with my entire shopping experience. It made my project easier with his help! He was knowledgeable, quick and super approachable! If you need help with a project in this store, look him up! Thanks again, Dubs!

I went in to find the outdoor Solar Christmas light stakes. They had just arrived at the store , and Jim from outside lawn and garden and Ashley HR, we r out of their way to locate the products and bring them out from receiving.

When my husband and I were looking for a specific tool chest the employees at Home Depot were so kind in helping us. First we were greeted by Nancy and then Lillian helped us find what we were looking for. It was high on the shelves so she helped us find someone to get it down. Joe helped us get it loaded and even helped load it in our van. Nancy checked us out and was so sweet. Every staff member we encountered that day was so helpful.

Ever since I have shopped at this store I have not had a bad experience. Everyone is very friendly and helpful if needed. I really hate to brag but probably one of my favorite stores to go to and fairly close to home.

Tonight I went into Home Depot in portage Michigan to purchase some more Halloween items. I had been in already a few times and my husband and I where recognized by the associates. They where friendly and ready to help us and greeted us the moment we walked in the door. Maddie K, Lucinda and Andrew went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out with everything from questions we had, checking out and applying for the store credit card. This level of amazing customer service isn’t seen much and I appreciate it immensely. I will be a repeat customer as will my husband based just off this. Thank you.

I bought a NEW DeWalt power washer and when I took it out of the box it had been used. Oil still in it. Also spray paint went up over 40% overnight as well as other items. No warning. Good employees. Well stocked in general.

Our fridge went out, Dana was helpful but did not hover. I went back and made sure to work with her. Friendly and knowledgeable she made sure I was happy with my purchase and made it quick and painless.

One of the many strengths of our Portage Home Depot is the friendly staff. They are warm and helpful…. When I pass them in an aisle they typically look me in the eye and ask if I need help finding something. When I have interacted with the Customer Setvice staff for return or exchange, they are friendly and helpful also. It is a pleasure shopping here. Kudos to the management for hiring awesome staff.

I bought an under cabinet microwave at a great price. An employee loaded it onto a cart for me and thanked me. Restrooms were spotless!

Worse customer service at Home Depot on Westnedge in Portage.

You have only one store in Kalamazoo / portage It is in a very busy area and can be difficult to get into and out of the parking lot. Please consider building a new store on gull road that would serve Kalamazoo, Comstock, Galesburg and Richland areas

I have never had a dozen store staff ask me if I needed any assistance in a 15 minute shopping trip until today. Without question the most service oriented home store experience I have had in the last 20 years. If you’re old enough to remember what local hardware stores offered for service you will understand this review. It was simply outstanding. Great job Westnedge Home Depot. You’ve got it down and Kalamazoo is lucky to have you.

I had an issue with a tool I bought, Emily at the service desk personally walked me to the tool department and handled things like it was no big deal.
