I bought 1” mini blinds that needed to be custom cut. Nafesa helped me choose the correct mini blinds and she cut them to the size I needed. She was fast and efficient and they were perfect and easy to install!

I chose to make a purchase in where I would buy one tool and get one free. I was very patient with the individual and he proceeded to call a manager who never came and he did his best that he could but he also assisted other patrons while I was here standing waiting and my weight was 45 minutes not very happy at all just to make a purchase of a drill and three other items

Home Depot in Porterville hire what appears to be trained staffing. It’s great. I was surprised to see so many new staff members making eye contact and were ever to help me find all the things I was after.

Porterville Home Depot used to have some of the nastiest people working there. But as management changed, I saw the atmosphere change. Now for the past 5 years, I find it a most pleasurable experience. The Consumer credit card is a must. It keeps track of your clients and notifies you via text with every purchase, it also e-mails you a receipt. Awesome work Home Depot.

I came in and asked for a quote, the customer service was fast, efficient and very nice. Gave me a quote with excellent pricing, made sure I had any questions answered. I like what I was given so I made my purchase with ease and am very pleased with service.

The customer service area should be more conveniently located and provide resting facilities. The restrooms are in an inconvenient location and there are no resting areas for elderly and less capable shoppers.

I bought 7 tankless and I’m glad I did because takes a very small space.

There needs to be registers and exit doors in the front center if the building. It is rediculous to have to walk from one end of the store to the other in order to check out. Needs brighter lighting inside. Get rid of the displays bocking the front main walkway causing customers to bump into each other or having to wait for them to move.

Everything I happen to need help with somthing in store, there's always someone willing to help out and go out there way to take you to the items you asked for!!

You know how you alwsys go to Home depot and can't find anyone or more specifically someone who understands your particular situation. Well if every store had a Bryan, this issue wouldn't exist. I have been in construction forever and been a manager forever, and I can tell you he is one hell of an employee.

My 10 year old went in looking for a certain item and Ryan located it and made sure my son got it. My son came home excited with his purchase and couldn’t stop talking about how nice Ryan was and the great customer service.
