I appreciate the times that I've visited Home Depot and How friendly and helpful the employees are and How clean the store is, the willingness of how far the associates go to help customers. Associates like Justin, Julie, Naomi, Erica, Laura are just a few that have been helpful during my visits.

I enjoy going to The Home Depot in porterville, very great customer service. Right when I walk in employees are asking if I need any help in finding anything throughout the store. Great place to shop for home empowerment’s totally a five start store.

Great store

I needed tin snips, and had no idea what to buy. An associate walked me through the different sizes and types, helping me get the right tool for the job.

The store is always clean - and fully stocked. and the employees are friendly.

WHAT I ENJOYED MOST ON MY RECENT VISIT, IS THE EMPLOYEES KNEW THE PRODUCTS IN THEIR SECTION/AREA. YOU COUL ASK EMPLOYEE FOR HELP AND IF THEY DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT YOUR PRODUCTS, THEY INSTANLY FOUND SOMEONE TO HELP YOU MADE SURE THAT EMPLOYEE WAS THERE BEFORE THEY LEFT YOU. THE MANAGER IS A VERY PLEASANT MAN WHO ASKED IF HE COULD HELP ME, AND HE DID, AT THE TIME I DID NOT KNOW HE WAS THE MANAGER. BUT I HAD COMMENTED TO HIM HOW NICE THIS STORE IS COMPARED TO ANY IN LOS ANGELES. UNFORTUNATELY I DID NOT HAVE TIME TO PURCHASE THE APPLIANCES I NEED SO I WILL PROBABLY ORDER OR LINE OR NEXT WEEKEND WHEN I AM IN TOWN.

Products are always easy to find.. staff is always feiendly.. definitely recommend this store. Always clean and organized.

Amazing store with great staff who make it easy to find what your looking for

This store is located at a very convince location . As it is located just off of Road 162 and about half a mile away from HY65. The store has everything one will need for home improvement and everything one need as a contractor . The associates where always around to assist anyone or guide one to the product one is looking for. The store was not cluderd with anything the floor had the displays clean and neat.

The employees were helpful during my visits to the store. I came in three times in the past couple weeks. Once with my husband and the other two by myself. I needed some direction and was greeted and informed at the door. Thank you all for providing me with your knowledge about what products you have and where to find them. I wish I would of remembered the name of the very helpful nice young, light-blonde haired man, who helped me look up products on mold. He was wonderful- taking the time to look up available products in the store. The store was clean and most of the isles were non-cluttered so accessing the items was easy. That’s the reason I come back often - and people like him who know how to do their job! Thank you for making the stressful holidays a little less stressful.

If you want great help. this store is it. Employees are very helpful and very Courteous. The employee that helped me was Donna I tell you she helped me in Paint Plumbing Hardware and even Lumber and smiled the whole time

Not good customer service

This store and Home Depot.com are a joke. Customer service is a joke. Terrible customer service in merchandise returns.

Always knowledgeable and helpful. Plenty of staff on a shift to help with questions. Always friendly. I shop here at least 2 times a week- love to doing my little home projects.

I have 4 home depot accounts worth several thousand dollars, it is my store for everything I need at home or my business, I am very satisfied with the products and service they have and spend tons of money there.

I went to look for some light bulbs. Had my old one with me so was trying to find one similar. There was no one insight to help me, took me 30mins to find similar light bulbs by myself...Would of been nice if employees were more easier to spot or better yet get approach to see if we finding everything ok, u kno!

love the rental department, Richard is very knowledgeable. the store policy for renting and service are very laborious though

I consistently have issues with getting help at this location or getting good service. I live in Springville so it's the closet Home Depot to me. My husband just hates taking me here. He'd rather drive over to Lowe's because of the service issues. Today I waited 10 minutes for help in the paint department. I was the only one there. I finally used my cell phone to call the customer service desk. Just as they answered an employee walked by. He said he'd be back to help me. He returned & helped me. He did do a better job than the previous guy who helped me in this department. I've talked to managers in the past & got excuses....

The cashier was very nice and friendly and made me feel welcome there. Everything was easy to find. Lots to choose from.

Valerie tried to be helpful however did not succeed she did not have enough training to check me out. I am going to try to visit the Visalia store instead because I am disabled and can not wait a long time to check out.
