The Porterville Home Depot is the best store in Tulare county . I can even say it’s better than any Kern County Home Depot . The manager Veronica Tapia is honestly the best manager. This woman actually treats customers like they matter . Veronica is both professional and compassionate. The customer service is amazing at Porterville Home Depot . The employees actually treat you like they care . Julie , Elenor ,Patti, Irma , Joey C and Arthur have always been ready to help and you can’t beat their enthusiasm to ensure you feel welcomed . Their all knowledgeable and again they are Truly eager to help . Thank You Porterville Home Depot ! You are the very best !

I found the products i was looking for thanks to the associates available as i walked in the store. I was guided to the paint dept by an associate. Roy knew his products in the paint dept, i explained to him what my paint project was about. The store was clean. I didn't know there was different types of paint for different projects i thought all paints were the same. Roy, Janet and Marco helped me during this visit. Will definitely be back to shop at this store. I'm glad there is still people who are helpful in stores, don't see that happen a lot anymore.

This is the worst Home Depot within a 100 miles.

This store is poor in every aspect. Go some place else.

Extremely rude cashiers

Usually i don't have this much of a problem but it seems like the associates just didn't want to help me

I am from Fresno Ca. It was my first visit to your store in Porterville. Thank you Leslie the cashier. Tommy the manager and Daniel and Bradly for this great experience. All of you showed excellent work ethics. All of you were very helpful. Our Fresno Stores can learn from you guys. Once again guys keep up the good work.

All the staff at this store are friendly. They help us with whatever we need help with. If they’re out of stock they usually let us know when the next delivery date for the things were looking for will come in. Friendly staff.

Friendly, knowledgeable service. If products are out of stock it doesn’t take long to get them in store or delivered to you. The store is clean and organized. Always a great shopping experience.

The Porterville Home Depot is the best Store in Tulare county . The customer service is outstanding. Julie , Elenor, Debra, Patti, Hannah,Niaomi, Heather and Jose in tool rentals ! These amazing people not only go above and beyond they also make the Porterville Home Depot my favorite Home Depot in the Central Valley!

My visit was very productive! Got excellent help from floor and customer service employees. Someone took the time with me and had patience to answer all my questions. Store was clean and I got what I wanted. Very happy!

Becareful for returns going back on shelves. Purchased a vanity sink and was cracked and scratched. Didn’t return it because I had already setup the wood part and siliconed it all. My fault for not checking myself but always check what you purchase from here.

Jessica is extremely rude and all associates are very unprofessional in the garden area and no one would help me load heavy items that I purchased I waited and went into the store to look for someone to help me out they told me “everyone was on break”???? I went ahead and asked on the other side of the store and someone gladly came out to help me out. If you ask me very inappropriate behavior. Moving forward I will be giving my business elsewhere .

I have been shopping at this location since they opened the store. Lots of personalities and friends work at the store. Some not so nice and friendly and some are the best Porterville has to offer, I appreciate the company and their policies. I also appreciate the professionalism of the employees following these policies and making my life simpler by knowing what to expect when I enter the store.

This store rocks. Come in all the time. Employees are always so nice and ready to assist.

Unfriendly service. No help loading. Didn't see any employees while loading over $2,000 worth of product. My wife was not given my military discount when she went to purchase product for building our home and when she asked to see a manager, she was told it wouldn't make any difference, so none was called. Very unsatisfied with home depot and it's customer service!
