Great products, great prices, great people!!!!!!!!

I had exceptional help from the flooring specialist. She and the check out girl were very nice and friendly. Also the flooring specialist was very helpful to me as I selected a refrigerator. all in all I had a very nice experience.

Store is always clean and the employees are always helpful. Even if they don;t know the answer the employee will get another associate to help them.

EVERY DEPARTMENT I WENT INTO SOMEONE ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP. WHEN I DID NEED HELP THEY WERE BUT A SMILE AWAY. THANK YOU.

Great store during the day lots of associates to help

The associates took time to look for when we needed to find a item and the dust on the floor and items were really bad.

First of all not many store associates we available when we needed to search for an item. The next thing is that I wouldn't call the store very clean because there was a lot of dust that was on the floor and on some of the items.

Clean Store. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable associates. Items were easy to find and cheaper than expected.

Both Lupe and Laura helped with a return and sales for me today. They were outstanding in assistance and extremely friendly. Both provided suggestions and made sure that I was satisfied and that all questions were answered. You could tell that they took pride in what they do.

I cam into the store to buy a few things for around the house and I was trying to get an associates attention to help me but he was being a douche and ignored me and when I finally got his attention he was being rude. I knew he worked there because he was wearing a home depot badge. I belive his name was freddy

Got the copies of my keys in less than 10 minutes.

I GO TO HOME DEPOT QUITE OFTEN ,HAVE NOTICED RECENTLY THE STORE IS CLEANER AND THAT THERE IS MUCH MORE ROOM TO WALK. DIDN'T KNOW WHY TILL I NOTICED THEY HAVE A NEW MANAGER. I ALWAYS FIND WHAT I NEED AND THE PEOPLE ARE VERY NICE.

The store was not crowded, we found exactly what we needed. When we thought of something else we wanted and did not know where to go, a sales person was readily available to assist is in finding the product.

Staff is very helpful but store needs to be less cluttered.

It is always nice to go in Home Depot they have anything you need

Eli and Breean were absolutely wonderful and helpful. We couldn't be more grateful as we are in the process of collecting donations for the Valley Fire, and their donation of boxes for transport is such a help. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience at the store!

Worked with Sales person MES1334. She was excellent and very friendly, would look for her in future visits.

the store is well laid out. The staff is always willing to take you right to the product that you are looking for.

It's not the employees fault that there aren't enough people available in the store to help. When I do get help they are really really nice.

The store was nice,okay on clean and workers were very helpful

I only encountered 2 problems on my visit, an aisle was blocked by a ladder & customers were all trying to funnel around. Secondly, the soil that an associate picked out & loaded in my car had a fist size hole in the bag which spilled out all over in the trunk of my car. I was pretty upset because I had specifically asked him to check the bag closely for any holes, but he obviously didnt because I had quite a mess to clean up when I opened my trunk. Other than those problems, I had a good shopping experience at that location.

Daily I shop at Home Depot as part of my business operations. There are many tasks that I carry out as a business owner and the personnel at the Pro-Desk at Home Depot make some of the most potentially difficult and frustrating tasks seem much easier and enjoyable. Specifically Erica at the Pro-Desk is an example of the excellent customer service that the Porterville Home Depot provides. She always answers any question I may have as well as goes out of her way to make sure my time is well spent in the store. As if that wasn't enough she always does it with a smile!!! You couldn't ask for better assistance!!!

Today I had the please of working with Mireya at the Pro-Desk. She was able to direct me to the correct location and product that I needed. The information and direction she provided helped me to have a more productive day! She saved me time and helped to make sure I had exactly what I needed. She is a blessing to the Pro-Desk!!!

This is a really clean store and always has great deals for what I need.

I would like to recommend Home Depot to anyone that likes friendly and helpful service. Especially if all other employees are as friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as the young lady Britt that assisted me

Usually the associates are very helpful. Sometimes I am looking for a "thing-a-my- jig" that looks like you know???? They look at me like I'm nuts, but 99% of the time we find the fix. I appreciate that they don't brush me off as some "goofy" ole lady. I love hardware stores!!!!!
