Consistent, professional, knowledge staff regardless of the department they work in. For example, Mike in the paint department is so WORTHY!!! Why? His expertise, patience, and perseverance to ensure customer satisfaction to the extent that I was compelled to write this review. I had a unique paint situation, where I brought in a kitchen cabinet front panel to have it color matched. The entire HD experience with Mike was to ensure I left with an EXACT color match. AND IT WAS!!!! Thank you Mike!

I placed a $2200+ willcall order on Wexnesday. I was told pick it up Friday morning. Friday morning I drove the 80 miles to the store my order wasn't ready. I was told come back tomorrow morning, the associate said "I will make certain..." It's the following morning, Saturday I thought it prudent to call the pro desk to verify my order is ready prior to driving the 80 miles again. I was told my order had not been prepared. AGAIN! My deadline for my project is shot. $30 in gas and 3 hours of my time wasted. Courtesy of Home Depot customer service.

It was Sunday morning. I had a group of volunteers ready to paint three rooms only they didn't tell me they ran out of paint the night before. Home Depot's paint department came through for me--their paint computer was able to call up an exact match to the "closed on Sundays" supplier's paint code. Day was saved.

We've recently moved to Prescott and have had numerous projects for our home. This Home Depot has been exceptional. The customer service is very good, and the selection of products is excellent. We were able to purchase the quantity of plants we wanted - they had sufficient supply. We sure appreciate the military discount! RECOMMEND!

Immediately after entering I found employees who helped me find the specialty light bulb I needed, a light for my stove counter illumination. Later I struggled to install this bulb and broke one of the two I bought, but that wasn’t Home Depot’s fault. In the end, all is well.

Employees consistently fail to greet, the customer is not qualified, nor is this a customer first business that actually practices customer service.

Customer service needs help. The employees in the departments are hit or miss but the customer service department acts like they hate their job.

I’ve had many great visits to your store in Prescott…you’re associates are AWESOME! One trip I needed advice installing ceiling fan…your associate looked up the electrical code and explained to me how to install!😊. Another visit…I first stopped by your competitor’s store, more convenient, to purchase rebar. None of their rebar was labeled red, yellow, etc. I asked an associate there for red rebar…he told me to go online, and see what size rebar is what color. Since I was purchasing this for a contractor…I decided not to go on line…instead I drove to your store in Prescott…all the rebar was color coded with with price tags with clear descriptions…thank you Home Depot, Prescott!!!

I frequently shop the Prescott Home Depot and generally find everything I need with ease. The vast majority of the time it is relatively easy to find an associate to help when needed. I work retail and understand the difficulty in keeping everything in the right place and in stock. This store does a great job working at keeping everything organized and in the correct place. Thank you and keep up the great work.

I'm in depot pretty much daily. So most of them know me by first and last name. Every trip to depot is pretty much visiting friends while picking up my supplies.

This is one of the best Home Depots I have shopped. Usually the staff are very friendly and helpful. It's always a clean and organized store easy to shop and navigate.

We bought all our remodeling items from Home Depot. It’s great shopping there and ordering on line. Never disappointed.

Prices are getting out of hand there..can’t hardly afford to stay in business..with all the increases.’!

We bought $500 worth of lumber and nobody asked if they could help us load it on our trailer. Sad 😞

Prescott Home Depot visit was great after visiting 2 other home stores and so refreshing that we had April actually approach us to help us find a specific Weber BBQ Grill that we saw online. She double checked the inventory & there weren’t any, but found another BBQ that was almost the same that was already pre-assembled. She assisted us in moving it to the register and printed us a manual and then helped put it into our van. No waiting, no assembly fee, and the best price!

Jared went above and beyond to answer all of my question and fix the issue I has ordering on line! Great work. Super professional 10 out of 10 recommend.

This Home Depot store is hugh! and has everything we need in the way of tools, furniture and materials. We enjoy the employees who always go out-of-their-way to be helpful. We find the prices here to be reasonable and selections both in the store and online to be excellent.
