Store employees go beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. If staff member cannot immediately address your concern, he/she will walk to another staff member to ensure your needs are met.

The flooring associates are so helpful and patient.

The young man, "Stone", who helped my husband and I in the garden department in Prescott, AZ, today was awesome! He was knowledge, helpful, and so respectful.

Lacey, Paulette, & Stone were all exceptional! Lacey & Paulette helped me with some plant needs, verifying where they were (I didn't think to look in the tree lot for berries), & worked with me on some of the plants that had issues. Because of their help, I bought more items - ones I was on the fence about. :o) Stone caught me at the end of my shopping visit, so I didn't need anything, but he was very friendly and proactive about seeing if I needed any help.

Home Depot Prescott has become my go-to Garden Center because of the quality, price, variety and extensive inventory. They have knowledgeable customer service associates who go the extra mile for customers. Case in point: on a recent visit I misplaced my purse. Joe and Bobbie helped me search for it everywhere. Bobbie used her personal phone to call my phone, which led to a customer hearing it and turning the purse into customer service. Shea the cashier also loaned me her cell phone. And Jacque at customer service returned the purse. It was an amazing team effort for which I am deeply grateful.

Limited chasier unless you are a contractor. Self serve registers that take cash do not give correct change. Act of god to get help when change is wrong. I lost 55 cents on my last trip to Prescott HD go to Prescott Valley HD.

Every time we go to the Home Depot, we always have the best customer service by all employees, they are so willing to help you out with what they came in there for. All the products are high quality. Outstanding Employees and Products/Items.

Take the time to ensure that the cashier rings up items properly. Scanned twice for same gallon of paint, scanned six times for four clearance items. Had already left the store when I noticed it, my tough luck, extra $43.98 plus tax that they got from me!

There is always someone available to help and answer questions. The people I have dealt with are knowledgeable and friendly!! No attitudes here! I really thought customer service no longer existed, but I'm happy to say it is alive and well at this Home Depot store.

Since moving to Prescott, AZ, this store has always been our go-to store for all our household needs.

If you need help in the Garden Center ask for Karen or Collin. Need help with lumber...ask for James. Need help with paint...ask for Kyle.

The store is always clean and organized. The employees do their best to help, even when I don't exactly know what I need for a project. They always offer to help me to my car if I have large or heavy purchases.

The best Home Depot Store I've used in either California, Nevada or Arizona. Store Reps go out of their way to help me to the point of helping me figure out the best way to approach some projects I'm not that familiar with. On several occasions the Store Rep saved me from turning something relatively something uncomplicated into something very complicated. Not to mention it saved me a lot of money.

go to another home depot but not Prescott. Try Prescott Valley Home Depot I know I will.

As a Master Gardener, I appreciate the extensive botanical knowledge that Karen in Garden provides every time I shop. She is an asset to Home Depot and deserves to be recognized for going above to ensure customer satisfaction. Karen is always pleasant to encounter. She is an asset to Home Depot and we hope she gets recognized for her work and service. fyi: we've been shopping at this HD location for more than 10 years.

We always have a good experience at The Prescott Home Depot. We built our home with Home Depot products all the way! We recently ordered our kitchen cabinets and highly recommend the Kitchen Design team. Thank you.

I hate this store; always have hated it. I cringe when I have to shop here (when no other store has the item I need). NEVER any assistance available (but lots of employees walking up and down the main aisles, avoiding eye contact, but busily checking their cell phone). Maybe ONE checkout open. No offers to help lift, carry, or load heavy items. Carts loaded with lumber clogging the Building Materials aisles. Broken-open bags of stone, mulch & lawn supplies littering the Garden section. Obviously full pallets of new goods above, but no one bothering to stock the shelves. Yes...I truly completely hate this particular Home Depot!

While the store has products the customer satisfaction is very lacking!

Depending on time of the day, you can generally get good customer assitance in the various specaility departments. Having said this, Home Depot associates don't seem to be trained in the price match guarantee program.

Staff was available and very helpful in the 4 different areas I was at. They were all pleasant & even went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed. They had everything I needed. The store was very clean & staff was compliant with COVID rules.

Come shop at this Home Depot to find helpful and friendly workers.

The Customer service at this home depot is on point. I would recommend that this store be your first choice to visit.
