I bought this water heater last two days ago i was on two fifteen in rainbow lactation. The supervisor She's so amazing. And I really appreciate her customer service and she helped me a lot.

      Find another HomeDepot that isn’t a dog park
      As I have numerous times, throughout now what would be several months and even at least a year, brought to the attention of store personnel non-service animals being allowed in the store, nothing seems to change. With that said this last experience, again with multiple regular “pet dogs” throughout the store counting at least three (3) in several shopping isles, this experience was one of disgust and repulsiveness. As I needed to purchase air filters an individual allowed his dog to urinate all over the ones I needed, without the consideration to even try and address this valvular instance.

          This store is great if you want to be mocked by 2 of its employees
          I'm not one to write complaints because I usually take rudeness with a grain of salt, however, the situation I was involved in at this store has me irked. I always come to the Home Depot by my house and I always bring my dog. My dog loves going to Home Depot, literally, he tries to climb out the window when we pull into the parking lot. And I have NEVER had an issue before today. This store had two female employees (in the garden section) who sat outside the gate and felt it was necessary to (very strongly) tell me "You need to pick your dog up" as I was exiting the store. When I explained, "oh, no he's fine". One of the ladies immediately says "That's so sad". I explained again, "trust me, this dog is tough. He lays outside all day long in the heat by choice". But then they thought it was best to berate me when I continued to walk to my car by yelling at me in the parking lot saying "Ouch! Ouch!... It's hot!...That poor dog!", in front of other customers. Please know, that it's not their concern for my dog being 'overheated' that has me irked because a lot of people are unfamiliar with the breed. What bothers me is these two female employees thought it was appropriate to verbally scold another person all while they were representing Home Depot. And I understand Home Depot's official policy for animals, but this wasn't the concern of these women. To wrap up my novel, I just want to make someone aware of the behavior and honestly let the store manager know that I won't go back to their store due to how uncomfortable I felt in that situation because of those two bitter women... Which really sucks because I'm redoing my entire kitchen and now I'm going to have to drive somewhere else. Oh, and if this ever does circle back to those women, they can view the attached photo of my dog as we're out at lunch right now and he is loving it.

                Awesome Associates!!
                Came in for some heavy items for a project. Had multiple associates offered help & assistance. We didn’t have to track them down. They were available and jumped right in to help. Nick was friendly and knowledgeable about some questions we had about flooring products. He offered great options for a project we’re getting ready to roll out. Oscar was helpful with a product we needed. Tita jumped right in to pull some heavy bags of concrete sand for us. Kylie was able to get us the correct product we needed. Kiddos to all 4 of them.

                    Awesome customer service
                    My wife and I went into make a significant purchase. The flooring team went out of their way to make recommendations, help me decide how much I needed. I was even able to complete my purchase at their desk. I believe they have a new store manager, and you can definitely see a difference. Store employees CARE. Everyone seems much more friendly and knowledgeable. Jesse, Nicholas and Nae - you all rock !!

                      Measurements
                      I wanted to share my recent experience with Home Depot regarding door measurements and installation. Last year, I had Home Depot measure four indoor doors, intending to purchase new doors and installation. However, due to the high cost, I decided to hold off until I was ready. When I returned yesterday to proceed with the purchase, I was informed that because a year had passed, I would need to pay another $40 for a new measurement, even though my original measurements were still in the system. This seemed unnecessary, as interior doors likely don’t change in size in just a year. It was inconvenient to have to wait for a new measurement appointment, then return again to finalize the purchase. Additionally, I later discovered that five doors had been measured originally instead of four, which may have contributed to the higher-than-expected estimate. This added to the frustration, as I only needed four doors measured in the first place. I appreciate Home Depot’s services, but I believe there should be more flexibility with using previous measurements, especially within a more reasonable timeframe. A more streamlined process would make the experience much better for customers.

                          Both John, who helped me out by cutting some shelving for me, and the female employee who set me up with the home consultation for Soft Water were outstanding! That's why I shop at The Home Depot!!!

                              Nice store. Lots of beautiful plants in the garden area
                              Too bad I couldnt buy some larger plants and have my gardener pick them up with his truck. I was told NO! live plants must be taken at time of purchase and WILL CALL is NOT AVAILABLE . I ended up going to Star Nursery and was treated much better.

                                Home Depot ignored my privacy rights
                                Yesterday, I bought items for my house. I bought them in the store, did self-check out, and DID NOT at any time log in to a website to make the purchase or show any ID documents. Today I received a survey by email asking about yesterday's shopping experience. Home Depot (nor any other retailer) has any business surveilling their customers like that. It's a bad business practice. It's personally invasive, likely a privacy rights violation, and I am seriously considering NEVER shopping at Home Depot again. This would have been fine if the survey was connected to an online purchase, but this was an in-store purchase, and I was never asked to identify myself. I'm extremely angry about this experience.

                                  I've been shopping at Home Depot forever. It's always a pleasure to go in there and just see what's new and browse around. Always friendly employees and helpful if I need direction for an item that I'm searching for or even if I have a general question. Seasonal decorating is always so fun especially at Halloween. It's just too bad that they break it down so quickly. Christmas decorations are always so nice, especially the giant Santa Claus. Amazing!! It's a great place to shop and always fun, could stay in there for hours.

                                          My experience buying 4 kitchen appliances was amazing!! Grant and Kevin were SO helpful and patient. There was a problem with the install of my fridge and Kevin's follow up was spot on!! I'm so happy I went to 7015 Arroyo Crossing Pkwy, Las Vegas Home Depot and the prices can't be beat!!

                                                        I came to return my material that I did not use for plumbing and on the Rainbow store the return to ask and they always young lady super upset telling me that she hated her job she's tired walking back and forth that why should she smiled to customers very rude had to call the manager to speak to them to get the transaction finished

                                                            Buyers beware - Store Policy has changed for returns
                                                            I have been shopping here for decades and have always been able to return items, whether or I got a refund or merchandise credit. I visited the store to return some items, exchange a defective item and purchase some new items. I was shocked when I was told that I could not return some unused items and that the "return window has expired". What? I also could not exchange the defective items because I did not have the receipt...IT WAS DEFECTIVE and the employee was able to print out the defective slip, but not let me exchange. I asked if the policy had changed and I was looked at like I was crazy and received a shrug of the shoulder and a piece of paper with an email to go home and lookup the reason why I was denied the option to return my items. This was definitely a first for me. Cashier Christopher and cashier Katrina both were either not educated on current changes to store policy or they just did not want to deal with me...THE CUSTOMER! It took me 2 seconds to google that Home Depot changed their return policy on April 2024. I do believe that I purchased my items prior to this change and consumer protection laws state that companies are required to post the return policy. Also, the law states that a retailer must accept returns if the product is defective. Why am I being held to a policy that was not in affect when I purchased the products. I want a merchandise credit, at least, and I want an exchange for the defective item.
