This will be MY Home Depot for life!! The staff is AMAZING! They aren't just doing a job, they really seem to care about do-it-yourself customers like me. On my last visit, Carlos educated me in 3 min, and saved me hours and a lot of headaches on my latest home project. #WayToGo Arroyo Marketplace Home Depot I've been with you since Day 1 and I'm not going anywhere else!

If you want prompt, efficient and professional service, choose this location.

Had everything I needed and the staff was friendly and willing to help.

The staff in the garden department are always friendly and helpful. They always have a wide selection of flowers to choose from.

This store has failed me again. It was only a small issue. The customer service here is the worst. If you have to return something beware. They arbitrarily take people who are at the return counter. If there is a line beginning to form, you will be ignored and told to go stand over in the line that takes you to the other side. Other issues that finally made me decide to go to another Home Depot or another hardware store was when they failed to have my tiles after I paid and went to go pick them up. No offer to help me out. I ended up going to another Home Depot that had great customer service and getting my tile there.

If you are looking to shop in the garden area ask for Amad!! He is so knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you for being awesome and helping us find beautiful life to put with our baby Amad!!

I do recommend this store because they have some fantastic Associates that have friendly and helpful attitudes and a clean organized store but watch out, they do not manage their stock availabilities very well. Do not trust the online item counts.

This is my favorite Home Depot to go to. The employees are always super helpful.

Friendly greeter as you walk in and store employees are knowledgably about where the products are and help on what you need. For the most part you will find an employee in the area you are shopping.

ought 20 cases of tile for bathroom renovations. Paid that day and asked if I could pickup a few days later. Came back on the designated day and no tiles. My sub drove all the way from Henderson just so he could transport the tiles for me. Manager of this store said more tiles coming Monday and would deliver to my house on Tuesday. I had bad vibes, so called on Tuesday morning to confirm delivery. No tiles ! My purchase was bought and paid, yet they sold the tiles out from under me. Very poor communications. If you make a purchase at this store, highly recommend you take it that day. Don't count on having it for pick up days later. It might be sold twice.

Shopped today & Home Depot & found everything I needed & the cashier Lisa Hawkins was extremely pleasant & courteous & made my experience even greater!! In today’s world it’s nice to be treated like this! She is definitely an asset to your store!

Not all but most are friendly and helpful.

The store is very well organized, clean, and signs are well lit. The employees (especially Alberto and Carlos) made our trips more enjoyable and we learned a lot from them. Kudos! Very professional and great customer service. Thank you for your kindness.

The associated know their stuff, glad I ask when I need help. The items are diverse and if they don't have it they will tell me, allowing me to find an alternative.

The store was clean and staff were very helpful and personable when assisting me on my current project. I was able to gather all materials needed and was very satisfied with the store’s service.

This use to be a good facility to shop at, until management has decided not to confront individuals bring in non-service animals into the store. Although, it clearly states “Only Service Animals Allowed No Pets”, at times one would think that they are shopping inside of a Petsmart. No management personnel at this location steps up to address this inappropriate behavior and what is actually a disrespect to true Service Animals.

It is really easy to find the items in Home Depot. The employees are always very friendly.

Since the 1st day this Home Depot opened its has helped me and my family with so many home improvement projects and we are so thankful for Home Depot with all the great job they have done for us

While shopping in this store i was greeted 5 times which was very nice to the point it even felt odd. Nonetheless keep it up and maybe I’ll drive to this store over the one closer to my house next time.
