Waited 15 minutes with four other customers for the power tools to be unlocked. No employees in sight. Cashier said they called someone. I just had to go on with my work day and I'll have to buy the tools somewhere else

This store is very unique, everyone is willing to assist the customers and are very friendly. On my recent visit we met with Aida, and she enlisted others to assist. She was able to ensure our product was available in store and was very friendly throughout the engagement. I love this store; it has everything we need for our home improvements and the staff is really nice. It is always a positive experience shopping at this Home Depot store.

I purchased a large and small refrigerator at the Home Depot on arroyo crossing yesterday and it was a pleasant experience. Our sales representative was Joey Penalber, very helpful and nice person. I always shop at this location for my house appliances. Thank you home depot for being there for me.

I have been shopping at this store since I moved to this area about 14 years ago and I've never had a bad experience. Most of my experiences have been excellent, of course some have been unremarkable but that's only because I just went in and out and didn't need assistance. Every time I've needed assistance, the staff here has been very helpful and polite, as well as patient. This is my go-to store for home improvement. I only shop elsewhere when this store doesn't have what I need.

This is the best store in town. Always willing to help me out whenever i need it. Bearly at the pro desk is top notch. She knows her stuff and always helps is welcoming and helpful when i see her.

Customer service from the employees are the difference makers. Patrick, Katie and Miss Jenn are now my " go to's " for my shopping experience. The store is also clean and everything is neat and correctly labeled.

HD #3308 is our neighborhood go to HD Store. They always have a huge inventory on Seasonal items. But, buy early. Everyone knows they have affordable prices & those items go fast!

Evelyn at pro desk was by herself multitasking 2 customers and answering phones at the same time what a great Employee covering the Pro desk as she worked the area solo. AWESOME OF HER.

I called the store to find out if they had a specific item in stock that was very hard to find. Justin helped locate and hold the item for me because I was paying cash. They do not usually hold things for cash buyers so I am forever grateful he helped me. Aida was very sweet and helped me secure the transaction and had someone help load it into my car. This store is great!

From start to finish our flooring project was a nightmare. The person that came to our house to take the measurements didn't have a clue nor did he listen to us on what we were planning on doing. The order got messed up, wrong type, wrong amount, wrong materials. Even the return took 3 days to process because they couldn't figure it out. Just a mess.

I've bought a few different things from this ranging from just caulk to a new dishwasher and it's been a good experience every time.

I have been here almost every weekend while working on my house and Adam and Alexis have been trmendously helpful. Ask for Adam as he knows so much and alexis in the wood section knows her stuff and helped me select the perfect woods and cuts for my needs.

As I gave a K9 myself, I do not take him to stores as he is not a Service Animal. In addition, allowing pets in these locations is a disservice to true Service Animals. There is proper place for our pets and it is not in theses stores, but at home for the short time that one would be shopping. This last time, actually had one of these pets sniffing me and following me down the store aisle; come up owners, leave your pets home.

Hard to find respectful young folks in the work force these days. Young lady Leo provided top notch customer service.

We met Samuel in the blinds department who was knowledgeable helpful personable and went above and beyond in his assistance. We then met Adrian in the plumbing department and he was just as exceptional. Every employee that we interacted with provided great customer service and we’re very friendly and we will definitely continue shopping at this Home Depot!

We came in to Home Depo with a list of materials for a roofing project with no experience in the materials needed for the project.Lauren and Rick in customer service walked us through the process with ease and a friendly smile .
