Cashiers Michelle and Alyssa are rude and unprofessional and should not be helping customers at your store. I would either retrain them or place them elsewhere! They should not be what your brand represents. Such a disappointment! Verified customer receipt:

I came to Home Depot to find a few items. As soon as I grab the cart, I saw Employee and ask him to guide me to what I needed. Quickly, I found my stuff, and then checked out. Upon check out, I encountered is very friendly cashier, his name was Miguel. He was so inviting is such a sweetheart.

Items are easy to find, staff is very helpful. They even carry some hard to find parts.

I needed some help with picking out the right shower head and Carlos was amazing. He helped me choose exactly what I needed and he even showed me something else to make it easier to use the shower head I decided to buy. It was a great shopping experience and now this is my new store for items I may need in the future.

Our washer was beyond repair and our home warranty company gave us a specific brand and model for replacement. We went into our local Home Depot and Grant helped us right away, it was purchased and delivered within days.

In the last several week I have purchased several large items and the staff have been very helpful.

Rob in garden who is a veteran was extremely helpful as was everyone in garden and customer service!

Janie always makes me feel welcome and knows me by name! She is always so attentive polite funny and helpful. If you need paint ask for her!

Found the items I needed for less than other store. To top it off my cashier, Miguel, was very quick and friendly.

Sales person's overall services are great, friendly, attentive.

Waited 15 minutes with four other customers for the power tools to be unlocked. No employees in sight. Cashier said they called someone. I just had to go on with my work day and I'll have to buy the tools somewhere else

This store is very unique, everyone is willing to assist the customers and are very friendly. On my recent visit we met with Aida, and she enlisted others to assist. She was able to ensure our product was available in store and was very friendly throughout the engagement. I love this store; it has everything we need for our home improvements and the staff is really nice. It is always a positive experience shopping at this Home Depot store.

I purchased a large and small refrigerator at the Home Depot on arroyo crossing yesterday and it was a pleasant experience. Our sales representative was Joey Penalber, very helpful and nice person. I always shop at this location for my house appliances. Thank you home depot for being there for me.

I have been shopping at this store since I moved to this area about 14 years ago and I've never had a bad experience. Most of my experiences have been excellent, of course some have been unremarkable but that's only because I just went in and out and didn't need assistance. Every time I've needed assistance, the staff here has been very helpful and polite, as well as patient. This is my go-to store for home improvement. I only shop elsewhere when this store doesn't have what I need.

This is the best store in town. Always willing to help me out whenever i need it. Bearly at the pro desk is top notch. She knows her stuff and always helps is welcoming and helpful when i see her.
