Cashiers need better training and the management needs to ensure that their data base id up to date at all times. Got cheated today on our purchased of two under the counter bath sinks by Sheila who refused to make the correct cost change. She would not have gotten caught if I did not ask what the cost of the sinks were. Not a good impression on the entire store.

I went there because I wanted to buy particular brand of battery and saw one in stock at Arroyo location on homedepot.com, when I get there, there wasn't any, so I was very upset, this gentleman employee named Austen immediately helped me by getting me same kind of battery and price matched the price on homedepot.com, he's super nice and it makes me more likely to shop at this homedepot due to such good customer service I received from Austen! please give him a thumbs up for me.

The store is kept clean and the staff are exceedingly friendly and helpful. My go to home improvement store.

Best Home Depot in town

While this is one of the older stores in Vegas, the Home Depot is always well stocked and clean. The employees here are always good natured and eager to assist.

I’ve been to many Depots in Vegas and I’ve been to this one several times. Today was perfect. Anna in Lumber helped me, Wendy in paint helped me and you young man at the self checkout was super friendly.

NOT ENOUGH STAFF ON THE FLOOR TO ASSIST AND SOME ARE LACK OF KNOWLEDGE

The store and products are great prices most of the time. customer service is not all that, I believe Home Depot should invest their time in better customer service or employees once again on customer service for this location. too much ego of some employees, and a little too much attitude but overall good store. What gets me is that some of these employees think I am lying Abot working on a project, an tell me no that not right. I always hear them say to me I am certified an I know what I’m talking about! but yet there working at Home Depot that I don’t understand cuz if they where they should be working For some type of union making 10 times more money right! I am not bashing the store to stores great product is very good. The service I would have to give it a thumbs down they asked me to give Feed back an that’s all I am doing. Good day

Organized and clean

The employees in this home depot are very personable and helpful.

Self-checkout cashier was extremely condescending and rude! As I walked out with my paid merchandise, she stared at me in an unfriendly way with a subtle smirk on her face. I smiled and continued walking. She continued staring as she panned her head towards me as I made my way out. Puzzled, I stopped and asked if there was something wrong. She continued smiling and staring at my merchandise in my right hand without saying a single word. Finally, she said "Receipt?!?". I was completely shocked that I wasn't even worthy of her vocalizing her demands, but rather look me up and down as a "shoplifter she just caught". She didn't even want to extend me the decency to politely ask for receipt. When I asked her why she asked me for a receipt, she stated that they ask everyone. This is not true! After I showed her my receipt and once she knew I was really upset, she wanted to wave me off by saying "have a nice day, sir!". I have expressed this to the assistant manager (Kenneth), and I hope this arrogant cashier (Carmen) is addressed. The so-called supervisor (Alexis) was completely no help at all. She added more lies to cover-up for her cashier.

This store is always so clean and smells so good! The employee are friendly and knowledgeable as well. Carlos assisted me with cutting my blinds and I used the self checkout at the front and the ladies made sure to greet me! Great job!

A big shout out for the associates in this store. They are great and helpful - They are available to answer questions or to direct you to the merchandise you are looking for. If you have a chance to visit this store for the first time, you'll be amazed at what you will see once you enter the door. Give it a try!

Todd in Appliance Department bought an LG washer/dryer and am looking forward to purchasing all new kitchen appliances during the Memorial Day weekend sale; and Kelly at Customer Service were both "awesome" and so very helpful toward myself and especially to my family members who were able to pick up needed supplies to make their home more beautiful and comfortable. I recommended both of them to other friends and family who live nearby this store.

Well organized, stocked and helpful customer service

We visited today with a major issue. Everyone from Fox at costumer service to Ryan in Paint and Karen & Dorcia in flooring were amazing. What a great day it ended up being due to all these great people

Everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Clean store and well stocked. Love coming here (even if I always spend more than I anticipate just because I get more inspiration to do more projects!)

2019 Easter Sunday afternoon experience at The Home Depot HEAVEN, cashier, who attended me when I bought vegetables and flower was not only friendly and helpful as all Home Depot are but what makes Heaven exceptionally outstanding for me is her being a selfless, compassionate person. When I paid for the various seed, I noticed that Heaven had several pins on the upper part of her Home Depot apron. Being an avid pin collector, I asked Heaven what those pins were. Heaven told me that they were The Home Depot’s Kids Workshop Commemorative pins. She further told me these pins were only given to those who attended the Kids Workshop. In jest, I asked Heaven if she has a duplicate of any of the pins. In response, she asked me, “Do you want one? “Yes and you choose which one you want to give me”, I replied. She took out a pin from here apron and gave it to me. Afterwhich, another Home Depot lady associate approached us and told Heaven, “Why are you giving that pin? That is very beautiful?” ... Heaven just smiled. Then she turned to me and in jest, told me that she will buy it from me for $1.00. I told her no, it is PRICELESS. She then said, how about $55.00. Again, I told no, it is PRICELESS...a PRICELESS MEMENTO of Heaven’s kindness, compassion and selflessness. I then asked my son to take a picture of Heaven handing to me her Home Depot Kids Workshops pin. On our way out, I asked my son what was on the pin as I have a very poor eyesight, grade 300. It was The Home Depot’s Kids Workshops...Kung Fu Panda 3 commemorative pin. (2015 QWA LLC) Outside Home Depot, I attached the pin on my shirt. Went back inside Home Depot, waited for awhile for Heaven to finish attending to her customers, and asked her if we can have our picture taken again by my son. “Heaven on Earth at The Home Depot”

This store ROCKS!!! clean stocked and always get helped when needed at this Home Depot, Even though it was so windy and raining, the girl in garden helped us with picking our plants. Way to go! Wish all stores were like this store!

I have been going to this store for 3 years and it has been consistently good. Clean, friendly with great service and product line. Products are easily found or if assistance is needed the associates quickly find them for you. I'm impressed that the associates are very ac-knowledgeable of the product line.

Store has been great through the years but after recently buying a thousand dollar pre-assembled Traeger with a three year plan, I didn't get past the first day before returning it. I told the cashier that I needed help to buy it, they called someone and told me to go get the SKU. I obliged. He rang it up, had his crew go and grab a unit and we loaded it up. When I got it home and set it up in the yard I realized there were missing parts and no manual. I returned to the store where the returns desk informed me that I left with it and they had no idea if I had all the parts or nor. Seriously. After that attitude I went home grabbed the unit and returned it. HD was clearly not up for customer service today after three trips there. Keep in mind I have never returned anything here before. We have bought thousands on our HD card including Kenitico, LG appliances, and much more.

I don't think i can find any associates that friendly like this store, thank you so much.

I was impressed with employees and the location of products in this store as opposed to other locations, I have been doing business with Home Depot as far back as living in Southern California and Home Depot was known as Home Club!
