Great customer service! Rhinelander is one of the smaller Home Depot stores so they do not always carry a wide variety of products. The sales staff is excellent!!! They are helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. And best of all, you do not have to go wandering around the store to find someone; there is always someone available to help.

We moved to the area two years ago and have time-and-time again been impressed with the staff at the Rhinelander store. Really friendly and more importantly, truly knowledgeable and helpful sales staff.

Great store, I travel 120 miles to shop there and always find what I'm looking for.

Today I went to the store with a lovely old lamp that used to belong to my parents. But it didn't work with the original fittings any more. Luckily, the customer service guy made my day. His name is Wesley, and he took my lamp, inspected it thoroughly, gave it a stern talking-to (no, he didn't do that) and figured out how to make the old lamp like new. Thank you, Wesley, you're a champ!

HEATHER WENT WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND HER JOB, ESPECIALLY WHEN I WAS LOOKING FOR A WATERING CAN, IN WHICH WAS NOT ABLE TO BE FOUND. QUANITY SAID 42, BUT NO WHERE TO BE FOUND.

Wonderful shopping experience! Excellent help from picking out my area rug, check out and help putting the rug into my car. Quickest service I have received. It was appreciated after a long day at work. Love the rug and the service I received.

Everyone is so helpful at this store! Service with a smile from the front door, to finding what you need, checkout, and assisting you with loading into your car. I don't want to shop anywhere else.

I have always been able to find help, they know where to find things and know what I am looking for when I'm not sure. The store is clean and organized. If what I'm looking for is on clearance, they point that out to me, and show me where I can look at more of a selection if I don't find what I'm interested in on clearance.

A great store to shop in for a wide verity of products. I have never been in this store when I have not been greeted friendly, that the store was not clean, or I wasn't given help finding what I was looking for. The ability to look on the internet for items and find if you have them and find if they are in stock is great also.

Home Depot is very efficient, clean and has everything you would need for projects at home or yard also. Would recommend it to everyone. The associates are very polite and helpful.

The product I came to buy is a 8x8x8 concrete block and although it is small, by comparison to other blocks, it is heavy. I needed 6 of these blocks. . The two sales people( Joe & Terrie) were extremely helpful in finding the blocks, helping me through checkout and taking them to my vehicle. They definitely went beyond what would be considered a normal sale and I am very appreciative for their help.

We recently purchased a vacation home in the Rhinelander area. We shopped at home depot in Tucson, AZ where our primary residence is located and chose carpet and tile for our new home in Rhinelander. When calling the Rhinelander store to order, the associate was very helpful. After the measuring appointment was scheduled, our questions were answered and a couple different scenarios were worked out over the phone based on drawings we provided. Installation hasn't happened yet, but ordering and scheduling have gone very well. We also ordered custom cellular shades to be delivered to the store. They arrived before the estimated completion time and were delivered to the store as requested. We traveled from AZ to WI, picked up our shades and have now installed them....they are perfect. We are so completely satisfied with our experience to date with the service and products we have purchased for our new vacation lake home.

Every time I have shopped there over the years I am asked by someone if they can help me find something. No shortage of helpful staff!
