Neil in the door department. was fantastic to work with. He understood our needs and was very knowledgeable about the products.

This review is to specifically recognize Michael, one of the employees at the Rhinelander Home Depot. He helped me lift an extremely heavy Masterbuilt grill into the bed of my truck, and went back inside to find a screw that was missing From the back of it. When we discovered a screw that had sheared off, he went in again to find another one fir me. This certainly made my life a lot easier!

Toni in the paint department was so helpful when assisting us! She had so much knowledge in regards to the differences in paint brands, finishes, and colors. She took the time to assist instead of leaving us to figure it out on our own. We bought 14 gallons of paint total, and she didn't bat an eye or complain! She had us laughing the whole time. We then checked out with Terrie who was also very friendly and helpful despite the 90 degree weather and humidity. It was a great experience which normally is not said when shopping with my husband.

This store never has any staff in it, and rarely if at all. So tired of never being able to get any help.

We always find friendly associates willing to help us find whatever we are looking for. The store is always neat & clean and well organized.

Your store and all the people working in it are top shelf...always! Whether it is questions on the phone, help finding something in the store, advice in using the products. I had to do major construction on my home over the past 7 years for my handicapped husband and the fact it was an old cabin needing updating or just regular care your people have always helped me 100%. As a woman doing what might be considered mens construction projects I have always been helped with valuable advice and success in projects. l have lived other areas and truly Rhinelander store staff are The Best-knowledgeable, patient, energetic and give great service with a smile.

The Home Depot store hire and train knowledgeable people in every department. Their prices are competitive to the other stores with no knowledge of product. I will continue to use Home Depot for my home improvement projects.

Been putting off projects because I didn't want to shop during pandemic. Had trouble using online order so called the store directly. Nice lady who answered helped place order and went to the trouble of going to look when the computer showed less than I wanted. Her extra effort found what I needed on the shelf. She then set up curbside pickup. Thanks for helping me get a project done that had been on hold too Long
