I am remodeling a house in Ironwood and had to drive for about 2 hours to get to the nearest home depot. The store was well stocked and all of the people were so helpful. I'm used to the Home Depot stores near my home in Nevada. It's often hard to find anyone who has time to help you. Here I had people asking me if I needed help everywhere I went. It's like an alternate universe. This is a great store.

Care more about selling credit than serving the guests

When in the lumber area, I ask for Dale to help. He's efficient, helpful, pleasant, and gets me to checkout with all my items. Being a woman, he helps by picking out quality choices or options.

A couple of staff helped me find what I was looking for and unfortunately I don't know their names, but I was helped without feeling like I was bothering them!!! DELAINO checked me out and was very polite and helpful!! Thank you.

Staff at this store are very friendly

Clean, well-run, amazing experience. Tim Sage, Stephanie, and Customer Service desk were all friendly and professional, reached out for anything they could help with, really restores my faith in customer service!

store employees are always helpful and more than adequate stock to chose from. Pricing is very fair.

We had a young man named, LUKAS , help us and provide great service. I'm sure we will look for him again. The Ryobi Battery operated Self Propelled Mower is AMAZING! We had been shopping many stores before The Home Depot, All the of the in-stock products on our shopping list filled our wish list . We will skip the others and head strait to The Home Depot.

We have looked for a new stove for a while. This week we decided to price a stove. The prices were way more than we were prepared to pay. We found a stove at Home Depot with everything and more for way less money. We went home and decided we were going to purchase it this week. And we did. So happy!

Our shopping for a propane grill was awesome!

My experience was sad. No assistance when asking about a weed eater, the clerk made me go back to get another plant hanger because there was no tag, the phone call for assistance after the sale was a waste of time. This store sells plastic, and cheap products and offers no service. If you are a handy person and know exactly what you need and want to check yourself out, then this store might work for you. But, if you need any kind of service, don't expect that.

Never can find a employee to help find or get products... Don't even go a night... Employees are never around...

I have purchased items and had to return the return process was painless, clerk was very courteous.

Purchased Anderson windows for new home project. Window & door specialist does excellent job selecting & reviewing option for purchase.

Purchased $2400 worth of items that we had to pick up the next day. Arrived and nothing was there! The cashier had rung it up as “order and deliver to store”. After much discussion about the problem, an assistance manager who was rude even though this was their fault, computer problems and attempting to credit back and reorder for home delivery, we walked out without the items we wanted and a refund we dont think was accurate. This took 2 hours!!! Home Depot Card cut to shreds.
