The employees are nice, the store usually has what i need for home improvement projects. The garden center can be (must be) improved i do have to say. Not a good selection of plants, many many were dying, most in really bad shape. Not a garden loving employee in sight....

This is my store. Stop here first when we are in need of things they have. Sometimes we have to go elsewhere but this is always our first stop. Clean, well laid out, doesn't change things around and usually if I need help I can get it.

I love shopping at this store they are always helpful and kind if I can’t find something there is always someone around to help you, don’t have to go looking for someone to help and the cashiers are always nice. I come here almost every week to get detergent and other house products. My husband on the other hand it’s more wood and other stuff in that area. I highly recommend this store .

From the 1st associate to the last associate all were very friendly and helpful.

Easy access off the interstate, massive inventory, spacious parking, with friendly and helpful associates. The managers aim to please and everyone greets you with a smile and an offer to assist. I don't normally give "5" Stars because that usually means there is NO ROOM for improvement. This store is as close to perfect as you can get for a Home Improvement supply house.

This store has employee that are very knowledgeable about their store. Even if you're in the complete wrong spot on one side of the store they know what you need on the other.

Self service store. Needed help but couldn't get any

no room to load in loading zone. Full of people talking. Isle congested not very moveable

Loading area is used for parking lot and not loading area. Clutter thru out store which made isles hard to pass with cart

Today I went to Home Depot and the lady name Linda she was a excellent help to me Oklahoma home depot on south Shields

First they wouldn't return the staplers I had the receipt for and then as I was checking out I was accused of stealing those same staplers

Only two buckets of the most popular paint. Seriously? Associate told me they run out of it every week. Haven't heard of a paint shortage. Must be a people problem. I've had the opportunity to speak to the store manager, if you get get the chance, dont waste your time. Arrogant and should not be in retail.

Once again when I go to the orange store I get red. Negative service. Negative help. Negative attitudes. Dont even try to load something in the "loading zone" too full with people drinking coffee and buying single handed carry out items

Always always enjoy going into HD’s around the area. Each are staffed with helpful associates and have stock to have a choice.

Amazing!

Was on that side of the city and had to get an item. This HD was awesome~ Only had to ask once for someone to help saw my deck board. And that took all of 10 min from asking to getting the job done. I was in and out this location in 20 min. And on my way to finish my mission of the day. TY HD over there, for getting me home with my board. I’ve got the deck repaired and it’s a done and done veranda repair!!

Customer service experience is always phenomenal with being helpful, kind, putting customers first and quick response. I highly recommend the Home Depot location off of i240 and shields in Oklahoma City.

Sammie in paint is the go to guy for matching. There was a time neither big box in this area had helpful staff, now this HD is kicking it. It would be nice to have a simple way to find items without a person, NOT AN APP.

Every one there was very helpful it’s nice to see that people enjoy going to work and doing there jobs

Smaller store but great sales associates that were extremely helpful.

The friendly, knowledgeable service and availability of quality products at reasonable prices make this the best home improvement store in our area. We found exactly what we were looking for.

Has many helpfully and nice employees and the store was amazing and organized.
