I'm building a home so there is not many choices in the community to buy building supplies. This latest visit was by far the worst bullying yet. I was 1/2 half way through placing an order for drywall and insulation when I was told to wait while she spent the next 45 minutes waiting on (3) three gentleman who just wanted to know the prices of different items. I had driven to the Snohomish HOME DEPOT so as to match tile to a specific die lot. The crew pulled down the two pallets, it matched and I purchased. Then the girl at the Pro Desk rescheduled the delivery out of another store and told me to be happy with what I get. Then she proceeded to tell me about an order for some decking material that she able to delay 45 days. She said my order would be delivered my numerous trucks too. She made me walk from the Service desk to the PRO desk back to the Service desk...redoing the order each time and said people needed to learn to not send people to the PRO desk. All in all... I'm gutted to the core.

Poor training and poor knowledge specially appliances are also I have to found myself or bring the the topic like promotion and incentives if we buy more, I spend around two hour in the store because a cashier charge a wrong item,

Visiting this home depot is such a pleasure every single time. Employees are helpful and so professional.

Try and stay on top of Customer Service.

Purchased 2 patio plant trays (with rubber casters), o my, what a difference from the plastic casters. I can now roll my tomato plants, with ease, in the large 20’ resin wine barrels, in the sun, then roll them under the eve when raining… work great!

Great price on garden soil. Clerk offered and requested assistance to help me load but no one came. I managed.

I purchased an appliance and confirmed model numbers. I set up labor for install day. Open shipping box . Wrong model. Paid crew for time. Remedied situation by going to an appliance store. Surprised the price was lower and model in stock.

Purchased a backyard shed and received 10% veteran discount and the delivery was prompt, and professional.

I had the pleasure of being helped in store by an employee named Aaron. From my understanding, he is a cashier at the Snohomish location. He was the kindest, nicest, most helpful, generous person I have ever encountered at this location. I am usually struggling to find someone to help, answer questions as well as assist me with large/heavy merchandise. When I inquired about a type of Plywood I needed to get, he did not hesitate to help answer, help assist with getting the boards down (20 4x8 sheets of plywood) loaded onto my cart; helped me get the cart up to checkout and then proceeded to help me out to load into my truck. There were even some boards that were damaged, without hesitation he set those boards aside, walked back in with me (after loading the good boards) and switched out the boards, then proceed once again to assist me out to my car and load the remaining boards. The level of kindness, generosity, positivity and helpfulness Aaron had is rare these days! I can't remember receiving customer service to this high caliber in over a decade! You have an outstanding employee who knows how to make customers feel welcome, appreciated and valued. He is definitely someone you want to keep around and continuing to represent your company! I even had to come back the next day for floor trim-he was not the one checking me out, however, he once again did not hessite to grab the arm load of 8ft trim pieces out of my hand (due to dropping them) and carried them out and loading them into my truck. He had the same + energy, smile and genuine happiness of being able to help and make my experience once again one to remember. I wish customer service was more like what Aaron offered-it made my weekend! Thank you, Aaron, you really know how to make people feel seen, heard, appreciated and valued!! I hope Home Depot will also show their appreciate for having an employee like you representing their store-you deserve nothing less!!

Ordered hand rails for my wife

Multiple helpful employees engaged with me durning my visit. I was very impressed and pleased that so many friendly employees asked if I needed help finding something. I also really appreciated the short lines and nicely staffed (non self checkout) checkout stands. I don’t like self checkouts, I prefer checkers, and this place had checkers actually working registers AND friendly staff throughout the store engaging customers. The Snohomish Store is a Must Shop at store. Skip the Everett location, their Customer Service will cop an attitude with you and be super disrespectful to you. Thank You So Much Home Depot for doing such a nice job at the Snohomish Location!!! It meant a lot to me!

Sometimes its hard to find someone to help you.

I had to wait 15 minutes because the pick-up counter was also the service counter, and the people ahead of me all had complicated issues. I could have walked to the location in the store and got the item myself, and checked out, in under 5 minutes. I probably won't use "in store pick-up" again.

HD in Snohomish WA is clean, friendly and well stocked.

I needed to replace a broken Bali cellular shade last week. I made a call and found out the Home Depot still carried the product, so I came in and the associate helped me nail down a model and color to match the other window in the room. He ordered, and it is currently 5 days out from delivery. Very efficient. Very experienced associate.

I would suggest that if you are looking for excellent service in gardens or with equipment like a riding lawn mower please ask for Crystal. You will get a great smile and friendly help and great k fo on her products.

Helper not helpful getting what I wanted. I asked for a specific size furnace filter 14X25X1. Helper doubted my information and brought me a 14X24X1 filter instead. Then pushed me for furnace maintenance service, which I declined. Center of aisles have too much merchandise making it difficult to get around with a shopping cart. Shop at Everett or Lynnwood Home Depot instead.

Sale signs hung over wrong product. Lying to customers about refunds; if you get a store credit instead of cash or refund back to card, you will not be able to use that store credit online for purchases. Just an overall feel that the staff here are dishonest.

I can't thank your employees enough for servicing us customers in a timely manner, friendly and providing their knowledge of the products your store provides.

I recently rented a 6 inch wood chipper from the Home Depot, after a bad experience from a Tool Renal competitor (Sunbelt Rentals). Sparing boring details, Home Depot came through and made it a very positive experience. H/D employee Jose, was awesome! He was courteous, helpful and professional. The Home Depot is somewhat out in the country away from busy citie, so it's really easy to get to.

We purchased a new front door and had so many to choose from. We received excellent service from both Rick and Oscar in the doors/windows department. Super friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend the Snohomish Home Depot as we have been customers since they opened and always receive great customer service.
