I love shopping this store. I always have a great experience and everyone is willing to help me. My most recent visit to the Garden Department was most memorable. Jim was running the register and went above and beyond his duties to just be outgoing and friendly.

I often am not sure of everything I need for a project and ALWAYS get great, friendly help.

This is a great store. Always clean and organized. The staff is always very helpful.

Went into the store and was met by a gentleman named T. J. At the door asking me what he could help me with. From there it was just a great experience finding what I needed and checking out within just a few minutes I was there. Couldn’t have asked for a better Friday night visir

ive purchased awesome flashlights ,i will purchase many items rugs pads installation is free with amount of purchase over approx.600.dollars which appeals to me as will more items as i need things dont be a loser come see for your self

If another store doesn't have what I want, I either go without or have it delivered to Snohomish or my home. I rarely have any issues at this store, and when I do the staff takes care of it the best they can. Really great people.

Recently went in for plumbing issues at home and I was not only being explained what works but taken into consideration which would be a cost saving and why. I really appreciate them not trying to upsell me. Thank you so much!

TJ- In customer service went above and beyond on helping me fulfill getting the perfect smoker / pellet grill for my wife - They did not have a floor model but had some stacked out in the garden area he stopped what he was doing and got things cleared out for them to get it down in a very quick time frame -

Very helpful and nice!

This recent visit the lines were long so a manager stepped out of his role and helped me process an online order which got me out of the door quickly.

Every time I go here I get great service. Highly recommend this store.

Always someone to help with whatever you need

The Snohomish Home Depot store is our number one place to shop for our home-improvement needs. Not only is it conveniently located but the employees there are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I bought a generator from the store that was messed up out of the box. First it leaked gas on me because the carburetor float was stuck. Then, after the extremely helpful rental staff fix that problem, turns out the fuel injector needle was jammed up. How does a brand new generator have problems like this? Anyway, the people at home Depot are great, phenomenal actually, but maybe Ryobi has some explaining to do.

We ordered our new cabinets for an addition from Teresa. She set appointments, good communication & very pleasant to work with!

through the years I have been pleased with my purchases. Everything from appliances to plumbing items to outdoor carpet, indoor carpet, bathroom tile, etc.

My refrigerator went out and Cassie in the appliance department helped me over the phone, I really did not want to go inside the store or try looking on line, so I called and asked if I could be helped over the phone. Cassie spent about an hour and a half helping me while also helping other customers and finally we found the right refrigerator that would fit my space. Cassie was kind, caring and very helpful. She made my day!

the employees at this store suck and the attitude does as well ,they need to understand with out a customer they would not have a pay check so they need to to treat people with kindness,

it is common for this store to say they have items in stock, but they will not be on the shelf. You can ask for help, but usually the employees can't find the extra stock. I usually end up spending extra time walking around looking in the overhead stock to find the items I need.

Very refreshing to not have to track down someone for assistance!

Today I visited the Snohomish Home Depot store and was greeted by such an amazing individual! Toby was the most helpful person I’ve ever encountered in this store. Not only did he make sure I found each item by walking me to the correct aisle and leading me to the item, but he even chatted with my husband over the phone to provide guidance on a home project he is currently working on. What an awesome asset he is to Home Depot! Thank you so much for your kindness and help today Toby!

I had such great customer service from Toby at the Snohomish Home Depot that I will do all my shopping for landscape and home repairs out at that store.

Got great selection of plants for inside and out. Persons working at garden center were very helpful even told me about storm warning for the evening time.. I love a happy helpful store.

I shop here frequently. Recently, it was for a new chandelier. I was able to get the light and hardware needed and felt good about my purchase.

When I need a hard to find item or have questions I come to this store. I feel good about spending my hard earned cash here. One of the few places left where you feel like a valued customer.

Good quality and volume

We got a 10 foot length DeWalt phone charger. It seems to be a good product. It's for indoor use for me but I can see where this would be a good product to have at a job site.

All the employees here are extremely helpful & very pleasant to work with, every time I have been here.
