We were helped to find what we needed, and while cashing out, they found us saving! great store!

Kevin from freight was so helpful and knowledgeable when it came to helping me find the proper insect killer for my lawn. I'm so glad he stopped by to asked if i needed help when i couldn't find anyone in garden. Its people like him that make me come back to the Snohomish Homedepot.

The store was poorly stocked. Out of 2 of the 3 items I came to purchase. When I asked for assistance from an employee he disappeared and never returned. On my way out I saw him working with a different customer, he saw me and didn't say a word. I went to Lowe's and found everything I needed.

Dan and Tim are awesome! They helped me find a new front door, pick the right one for my needs and get it loaded into my car. They were patient and really helpful, even though it was a busy night. I can't say how great they were enough. Especially since I was stressed out trying to pick a front door and get it home that night to install it. Then Lorraine helped me when I checked out and she was great too! She was friendly and really considerate. She even got the big items checked first (like the door), so Tim could get it into my car. Great people like this are why I go to a store over and over again. I've definitely found my Home Depot.

Owen took the time to explain the different ratings and types of carpet, as well as the pads, helping us make an informed decision. He is extremely knowledgeable and it's apparent he enjoys talking with his customers and providing excellent service.

Everything was fairly easy to find and the staff was friendly and courteous. The parking lot was very full which tells me folks like shopping at this store. It had a very lively and bustling environment yet the staff were available and helpful.

Associate Margaret searched for and found the receipt for a purchase I made for my Mom. She printed it out the next day and left it for me to pick up at customer service.

i went in with a carpet picked out and Owen was very helpful and got me a better deal on a better carpet. It was installed Friday and we love it! Give Owen a pat on the back for me!!

The greeter noticed I was looking at Weber BBQ grills outside the store in front. When I entered the store he simply asked, "do you need help loading the grill into your truck". As a sales representative and manager of my current employer I appreciated the non-pushy sales approach as well as the greeters ability to simply ask the question.

I really enjoyed the associates customer service, not pushy, willing to answer any questions, patience, not that it took along time. Was a very pleasant experience. The associate did not push the Home Depot Credit Card, saw that I was paying with a different form of payment. Just an overall great experience. Thank you.

Went into the store, nice and well laid out. Had to get some sturdy plywood and have it cut, not a problem. 2 minutes done. Next, paint and hardware. Everything on the shelf. Checkout was outstanding! Will go again.

we have to travel some to get to this store , but the selection of merchandise makes the trip worth while.

Chris and Thomas in the lumber dept. were both very professional and listen to my concerns very well. Probably the best service I've ever had in a retail store. They help me do what I needed and listen to me and then did a professional job. Great job!!!

I will begrudgingly continue to shop at Home Depot because they are often the most convenient location or they have the price/selection I want. But for quality products or for good customer assistance I go elsewhere. This store is chronically under-staffed. I had an appointment to see a flooring specialist last week, but had to wait for 1/2 hour past the appointment time because of the number of customers wanting to speak with him. I found out someone had called in sick. But for an operation of this size, that should be no surprise, they should plan accordingly and have the ability to flex in help from other departments. This is a common problem I have encountered on many visits. Problem is the store managers hands are tied because they have to meet payroll budgets, so understaffing is chronic in all big-box retail stores. That is why I go to a smaller hardware chain when I need help. The Home Depot is good at driving their suppliers down in price with their large buying power, but it often results in manufacturer cost-cutting that undermines product quality. Example: Garbage can wall thicknesses have decreased dramatically over the last years. Went in to buy a new can and the plastic is about half as thick as it used to be. Prices are great though, planned obsolescence

I APPRECIATE THE FRIENDLINESS AND HELPFULNESS OF THE STAFF. IT IS VERY ANNOYING TO NOT FIND ANYONE TO HELP. I DO NOT FIND THAT PROBLEM AT THIS STORE. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Wow, I was greeted by every sales person from the front of the store to the back it was fantastic they are definitely aware of customers and where actively engaging definitely recommend this location

I had a young lady assist me with blinds this morning around 8:30am. She was great, new the product and cut them for me. I left the store with no daubt they were done right, the first time, as always. You guys and your staff are the best. I live very close to the blue guys (L O W E S) and wont even stop there. Drive from Everett to Snohomish to get the Orange Crew. Thank You to all of your staff

I am moving to Snohomish from 43 years living in my home. I am presently making a 1722 sq ft MIL apt! I had only walls. I needed tile for kitchen and bath and laundry room floors! Everyone spent time with me showing products, their professional options on everything!! It is presently all laid, now kitchen back splash, brought home a sample to look at! I love being able to get a sample to bring home and check out, and if not needed I can return with NO problems. This store is so very much better than Bellevue,I am so glad it is. Close to my new home!!
