I went at home depot one holiday I can't find nobody to help me I have to go to lows.

No help in there Nearly EVERY EMPLOYEE treats you like you are a potential shoplifter. Someplacr to shop because it is close and if you dont need help

Bought a washer specifically to stack with an existing dryer and the salesperson neglected to include a “stacking kit” The installers would or stack my dryer and therefore I can’t use it.

When it comes to great customer service and great quality products give Home Depot a try when in doubt!! You’ll be glad you did!!

I have never had a pleasant experience shopping in the store at any time it is always a problem and nearly every employee in there. Ask if we are doing them a favor by shopping there I don’t think I have ever seen any employee in that store smile, or treat the customers Like customers Terrible

I brought some paint in the store and got great service. Paid through email on home depot bill. It was quick and easy. I was in and out in minutes.

We have always wanted this particular tool for our home, and thanks to the Home Depot Black Friday Sale, and their awesome CXM, and Customer Service Extraordinaire Donte, we were able to make this happen. The majority of the staff hate being there and if you ask a question or for assistance, they make you feel that you are bothering them. Very unfriendly

Tyrone carries this location very well. he offers great customer service. He's a great listener and very knowledgeable.

This is the worst Home Depot I’ve ever been to. The manager, Harold was extremely rude and tried to get me to pay a price higher than what was posted on the display and it wasn’t until I made a fuss that he gave me the posted price. Home Depot South Bay has a lot of work to do when it comes to customer service. Stay away from this store if customer service matters to you.

Online order was restocked before I picked it up...........and I don't know why.

A 200k sf store did not have a hex torque wrench that measures ft/lbs,,newtons, another item I wanted had no price label, no price label scanner to be found, :(

Reaching out to share an unbelievable experience at the south bay home depot. I was in today to invest in upgrading a fan and I found a item that fit my needs. I requested a price match and I encountered Willfredo, and this gentleman is a spark the company needs. Not only did he assist me with the price match but he also shared helpful tips that had me upgrade my pre existing decision. I have asthma issues and he keyed in on my needs and tailored a great solution. He also shared a great value with me around the extended protection that home depot offers and I invested in that as well. I almost signed up for the credit card but I didn't have my License with me, next time though. I will be telling all my buisness partners about how phenomenal Willfredo treated me and his representation of company values is unmatched. Thank you for hiring him and I hope more of your Team members follows his stride.

I had a very pleasant experience in regards to my needing of assistance from someone today. A young lady by the name of Mariana was very kind in her efforts to assist me and helping facilitate finding answers to a couple questions I had. I felt heard and treated with empathy by a genuine person. It was very much appreciated... If only a few more people could approach life with the warm amicable approach this young lady did today, perhaps the world could be a little bit brighter...Very pleased with her efforts and assistance... I bought a vacuum (super awesome) and then the lid wasn’t lifting to empty the trash so I returned it’s. They were very understanding and quick.

My only visit to this Home Depot was a pleasant one. One staff member asked if he could help, listened to my long winded story about needing the right tool, and finding me said tool. One member at the register was dancing subtly at the register. I picked her register and she communicated some perks I should be getting. She signed me up on the spot. I asked if she was the one singing as well? She said it was her coworker heading on her break. High energy and friendly people. An overall great experience.

This south bay store is very friendly and pro desk person Ty is very helpful. Everyone at pro desk is friendly and helpful. Ty helps me a lot when I place big order with him

From having to search throughout the areas for the light bulb replacement I needed to being unable to get to the cash register (aisle in front of registers filled with products), it was a sad state for any home improvement store. I would have gone elsewhere if I thought I could get the lightbulb easily, which I will do the next time.

I was thankful that the associate assisted us in receiving a refund for the item we returned.

This home depot has transformed! The employees went above and beyond here. I am always overwhelmed going, but I got everything I needed because of the help I received and I did not have to make multiple trips!

Mathew was very helpful and went and got the proper cart to carry out my product safely. all the staff is very good there.all staff really know were to point you in right direction. and the check area is always well staffed and gets you out the store quickly. South bay location is a busy place but the staff really moves thing along
