Lately our store #6328 facilities are lacking of sales assistance personnel

I needed some help with a project, and Renee was awesome—super helpful, full of great ideas, and just really easy to talk to. I went back the next day for more supplies, and he remembered me, asked how things were going, and gave me even more tips. He's definitely a great part of the Home Depot team.

I moved to this country 26 years ago, from a place that was considered by the Americans a third world country, and they were right. But seeing power tools locked inside cabinets showed me that unfortunately the US of A are not too far from there. What a shame…

Found what I need in a convenient place

Thanks to Natalie P., Diana H, and especially Kat F. for the great experience working with me on a sizable home improvement order. It is so refreshing to be treated as if they care about providing a quality guest service experience, with a casual professionalism, and genuine knowledge and expertise. Kudos to this great team at the South Chase Home Depot, you rock!! (Especially Kat F.!!)

The lady at the exit was trying to get someone to help but no one came I was very disappointed with this trip to homedepot no only because I purchased the ryobi at homedepot and the day used the drill I had to charge it and the charger doesn't work

I was in Florida this past weekend and had the pleasure of working with the South Florida team. I have to say they truly work as a team. One expert would consist another for their expertise on the part of the project they were not as familiar with and in combination ensured I received all the materials they made what is historically a stressful process much easier. I left the store confident in all my purchases and with less travel back and forth to the store because I forgot an item or got the qrong piece.

Always find what I need, always get help and good answers.

I bought a aqua water Softner very poor quality and no warranty and calling the company you have to do a troubleshooting with them for hours and you are not getting any were

Although this is not the most convenient Hone Depot, I often take the time to visit this store. The gardening department is excellent, and I appreciate the assistance in getting the correct item

This area is convenient to all types of locations from where you live easy access from the 417 or coming from the I -4 they are always stocked and the ease of finding items makes it a pleasure to shop. Also, everyone in the store is extremely helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and courteous, and eager to help you find and show you items that you are looking for.

I bought appliances at Homedepo they delivered the stove has a problem the customer service took care of it right away I like to speak to human not robots

Took the grandson to give him a start on tools. Staff at this store understood what we wanted, & helped us get it! Self checkout line was long, but, moved pretty darn quick! Thought it would have taken an hour or so to checkout. We were done in minutes!!!!

Store always looks well stocked, lots of products and a busy location. I would suggest to the store to increase staffing and train them to be more customer service oriented. This store is always under staffed. If you had people directing customers to what they needed and offering suggestions I would guarantee increased sales.

Everything is ok, I got almost everything I need.

Anything you like is bought by scalpers, don't waste your time going for holiday items.

I’ve never been disappointed going to the Home Depot in Southchase. The location is extremely convenient off of Florida’s Turnpike and Route 417. The staff has always been very helpful and accommodating to every request I’ve made.

Always you find someone kind and courteous ready help. I regret the distance and traffic from Clermont/Davenport to the store in Poinciana Blv.&17
