very satisfied that everytime i go to this location, they seem to have the product/s that i want to purchase.

I didn’t appreciate how an employee spoke to me. It’s not what he said but it’s how he said it. I brought my dog in for the first time. unfortunately he peed on the floor, I turn around to find an employee and i see a gentlemen. Before I could even ask where are the paper towels are, the employee says I need to clean the mess with an attitude. as if I wasn’t going to do it. I responded, do you have any paper towels. He says I need to to go to the restroom. I asked where is the restroom because I don’t go to the restroom here. He very generically tells me just go to the back it’s in the back. As if I know where that is. I definitely will not be back to this store with my dog. However, to end on a positive note. I will say other employees were magnificent, the man who greeted me in the store and a young gentleman who assisted me in putting my items in the car as I was struggling. I do appreciate the other amazing employees you do have.

This was a large purchase and had many items Mr. Ronald looked for an extra shopping cart and helped me scan one by one and pack it, he had problems scanning a welcome coupon that was sent to me in the mail but he solved the problem, later he helped me to carry the merchandise to the car and put it in the trunk. He did not know that I was a disabled veteran however he wanted he help me without asking. Mr. Ronald must be recognized for his dedication and attention to customers.

Had the cashier name Maria help me out and she made so easy . Had great services

Jane was highly professional and helped me extremely well with my purchase allowing me to hold my goods at the store while I ran home to home to get my home depot card to utilize the special financing promotion offered. She also allowed me to run around the store and get all goods need for my project all while batting off employees wanting to reshelve my carted items. Jane really made my day.

I've been to other home depot stores but this store for some reason you feel going into it and the Staff makes it that much more welcoming by being very helpful

This particular store always has friendly staff even in the most frustrating situations. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. We have spent thousands of dollars on our home in this store and have had many returns (simply for buying too much) customer service is always great. Their system is genius because your online purchases are linked to in store purchases making your purchases easy to track. Also, it is a big store and can get overwhelming but the online app allows you to make purchases for pick up or you can see what isle every thing is on the app.

It was great finding an associate that help me and provided additional products that I had been looking for.

The store is frequently not clean, not usually staffed adequately. Employees focus more on communicating with each other and not so much on the customer. When you can find help, there are almost always two or three people already waiting to be helped. Pricing has become a bad joke. There are boutique design companies that charge the same for products as home depot. The quality of products has steadily gone down and the prices keep going up. Home depot is not a "warehouse" store like it was when it started. Now the company goal is profit, profit, profit. It used to be that the company focused on lower pricing and volume sales, now hd wants the volume sales, but charges full premium retail prices. I am really not impressed, and I try to shop elsewhere as much as possible.

Everything is good and all employee are very well trained.

The store is clean and organized.

Associates were friendly enough and when working with you willing to help. However, it is so difficulty to get things done. I would not do another renovation with this store or any Home Depot. Trying to get on the phone with someone is a waste of time, products are available, then they're not. They tell you one thing and then it doesn't happen. I've been trying to do this renovation for months. I will avoid this store and any Home Depot stores if I can help it.
