Truly, we choose to go here, clean, friendly, organized so easy to find products needed or wanted.

Let me get start it thanking the only person that helped me with my purchase. The supervisor. Other than that i personally went to scan this item and from the app it gave me a cheaper price than the tag price. Talk to a cashier at the self checkout and they told me that they couldnt do anything about matching the price because it was an online type of deal and if i wanted to match i needed to talk to the customer service rep. They told me they couldnt help me because it was an online deal and if i wanted i had to made the purchase online and wait for the store to receive item from their warehouse and it was going to take a few days. I told them why not me making the online purchase and pick it the same day as an online purchase because they show that they have 30 of them instire to what they replied no that they would not do that for me. We are talking just $ 20 dollars difference. Upset about it

Madelane did a great job helping my wife and I decide on a refrigerator. See took care of delivery and signed us up for a Home Depot card. She was a pleasure.

No register open only self check

This Home Depot was incredibly busy this Saturday. I love Home Depot. There was a long line but you always have great stuff. You didn’t have enough white gardening pots. Will go online to see if I can get another. Our cashier was very professional and dealt well with customers that were a bit frazzled by the wait.

I’d especially like to thank the folks at the Customer Service desk. Always a great experience!

If you ask for assistance be paged to a department it would be helpful if that was done rather than being told go to cs and have someone there help you!!’n

I bought several items and there were no checkouts available. Denise saw that I required assistance and told me it was “assisted” self checkout and helped me through the process and at the end thanked me for shopping at Home Depot. Great customer service in an age where it is seriously lacking.

Weekend during Spring please hire more help. Had to wait to get product off top shelf, not enough fork lift drivers, 4 people ahead of us. Had to ask for help to load sod, ( he was not happy). Not enough help, 5 cars in line behind us.

Very poor customer service. Store is well stocked. Pricing is competitive. Definitely not my favorite store.

Temco logistics delivered my citrus tree on time as scheduled and Willie took all precautions for the plant arrive safe. Helped me to set it on the front yard. Very kind

They have the products they just don't have a service. No one ever if you're female you might as well forget about being asked to help cuz no one will come up to you to ask.

The St Augustine store manages very well with the staffing challenges everyone faces. They keep aisles clear and shelves stocked. I have complained about the parking lot, but they have done a great job of repaving.

I went to Home Depot to buy a matching dryer for my new washing machine. Martin greeted us and helped us right away. He was able to schedule a delivery since the dryer was not in stock. Super friendly and very knowledgeable!!

Been patronizing HD for decades across many states. This store is worse place to shop. Total chaos in the isles and poorest employee interactions ever experienced.

I ordered a grill to be assembled and delivered. It arrived in a box and I was told they do not assemble them. I spoke with the store manager and within two hours she had an assembled one delivered and refunded me my delivery fee. The best customer service experience I could expect.

What a wonderful experience working with Kevin and he made my dram cabinets come to life. Thank you. I appreciate amazing customer service and an a previous HD Store Manager, so my standards are high, but he lives all of the HD Values. Thank you.

In the plants department, he explained why based on the size how the product works and took the time to go over everything with me. Mr. Tommy went above and beyond and helped my daughter and son-in-law as we both are building new homes and needed full complete kitchen appliances great job.

I rented a Penske van for a move, and the guys at the Tool Rental (Sean and Fred) counter were great. I was at the store two days in a row and was pleasantly surprised (shocked?) by the friendly greetings and offers of assistance from every associate I ran into. Great job!
