As CGC, I am in this store almost daily. Blocked entry & exit from pro entry and loading area is a serious issue. Your yard people don’t seem to be able to control the residents that shop there from using this as shaded parking. Contractors don’t have time to wait for these people and it’s getting worse. Please work on getting control of this situation. Thank you.

Don't use self check out at this store. None of the card machines work

I was seeking advice on repairing my underground sprinkler system dealing with an obvious leak. I had gone to Home Depot with a Plan A of installing new PVC components to replace whatever I found that was broken. My plan B "band aid" fix would be to place a rubber sleeve with hose clamps spanning over the area where the pipe was broken. The wise HD employee encouraged my Plan A approach and was helpful in confirming that a picture I had taken of a black flexible 1/2" tube that fed the sprinkler would be able to be glued to a new T with the same glue used for PVC. I ran my sprinkler 2 hours after completing the job and the system has no leaks!

Three associates helped me navigate what I was looking for and addressed my concerns with great ease and knowledge! Sean was my first contact and directed me to the proper section of the store, where he was able to give me information and details about various products. Toni was amazing with additional guidance on the all aspects of my selection process. Madlyn was my final steward, providing an excellent experience as I was checking out and equally helpful in completing my rather large order. A fantastic experience overall!

Our local Home Depot is our "go to store" for all home repair items, lighting, paint and many many items! The staff is always knowledgeable and available to help find any item we need.

As a home owner, I shop at Home Depot often. Employees are always warm and friendly. When shopping at Home Depot, I find it has always been easy to locate help when needed. I love the large variety of garden supplies & plants. My husband loves the home repair supplies, including wood, plumbing, and electrical; appliances, etc. Prices are very reasonable. I found most of their products including paper products and cleaning supplies to be priced lower than the discount stores. I find Home Depot to be a fun place to shop!

I purchased a vanity with sink but needed a side splash. Kevin Leeman helped me to locate this item when he realized that Home Depot didn't carry it in store or online. Way to go Kevin! Thanks for not giving up on finding this item for me! That's the kind of customer service I would think would be more likely at a 'Mom & Pop' type of establisment. Such personal service!

I was in the store today to purchase a Ryobi Weed trimmer Blower combo. Mark in the tool section was very courteous and professional. He walked me over to the tools I needed and was even able to sell me some accessories to go with the new weed trimmer. He seemed very knowledgeable and offered valuable advice. He took the time to answer all my questions.

Plumbing employee came to me as I was going down the aisle, asked if he could help and took me right to the part I was looking for. We then bought a new refrigerator. The employee made our purchase quick and easy. We were totally delighted! Thank you!

Ordered special order counter tops and my order was cancelled without my knowledge. The only reason I found out was the credit on my cc statement.

I cannot stand being forced into self check out !!! Having no register open or only one is completely crap ! And forcing the associates to bother us about surveys and credit cards is infuriating especially giving them a hard time about it. Stop it already!!

Al was extremely knowledgable on home appliances and helped make sure we were making the right purchase for us. He was patient and friendly. I would strongly suggest to visit him if you are looking for a new washer and dryer as you can't go wrong.

Needed 30 bags of cypress mulch. Thought I would be able to drive up to the mulch pallet outside and load 30 bags with the help of a nice employee. No no, the mulch is inside, all the way back. The isles were obstructed with all kinds of stuff, very hard to get my cart through several times. No help from any employee. Genius product placement.
