I rarely bring anything back, however, if and when I do, It is so fast and hassle free and the cashier makes it easy for me.

I purchased an under the counter light and was satisfied with the price and quality of the product. Product was easy to install and works great providing sufficient light for the work area.

I did a online order that was fulfilled by the St.Augustine store. The delivered a grill that was visibly missing parts and had dent on the top that was rusted. I had to pay for another grill before they would send a replacement which I shouldn’t have to do since they sent a grill that was missing parts. When the replacement grill arrived the next day it was also missing parts so I sent it back and still haven’t seen the refund for the second grill I returned.

Went in to purchase several items. I think they were out of stock, couldn't find an associate to ask. Went to check out for the items we did purchase, no cashiers!!! I do not get paid by Home Depot and I do NOT want to use "self" check. That is a terrible way to do business - if you don't have enough cashiers, the manager should get on a register.

I had purchased a front door and i had great success with Stephen. He has always helped me in the past. He's very knowledgeable and not afraid to work. I also had the pleasure of Maritza who helped me do a return of an item. She made it a smooth transaction.

I recently bought a refrigerator and my salesman was Martin Oja-Dunaway. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and eager to do a good job!

Rushed out of the door 11 minutes before closing by Amy at Customer (NO) Service saying that the items (I needed 20) were "locked in the corral" and to "come back when we have someone to get them"....and then proceeded to yell at another employee at Customer no Service to "hurry up and make the closing announcement"..... I live 40 minutes from this location.

Always enjoy a trip to the local Home Depot. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Even if i don’t need anything its always enjoyable to walk around and see what’s new for another project. Great selection of many different items in all departments. If i don’t have a project in mind i can always find one to do after my visit.

Trying to get a military discount is extremely difficult, aggravating, and extremely Horrific especially with someone who has extreme PTSD. I tried getting help from the cashier. NO HELP. I went to the customer service desk supervisor, NO HELP. I spoke with the manager of Home Depot, Cristy, NO HELP. I was about to lose my mind and leave everything in my cart and leave. The APP does not work. No internet in the store. Shop else where and save the headache.

I enjoy going into our Home depot, each time I go in the customer service is always on point, it makes the shopping more pleasurable.

Love this new fan. Bought another one after the first. Always been a Hunter fan guy until now. Quiet and energy efficient fan.

What I appreciate most about this store is the organization of the products. If I look online and see a product is in-store, it tells me exactly where to find it!

Great experience yesterday! Bought a new lawn mower and JT was the best! Very knowledgeable and we didn't have to hunt for him either!

This store has the friendliest staff. Toni is especially good with knowing where things are and how to do absolutely everything. She is so helpful and knowledgeable! I love this store!

I will never go to this store ever again in my life. The cashier was extremely rude to me. She kept making noises and made me feel like I was bothering her by cashing out. I proceeded to ask her for my military discount and she told me that I better have an id. I gave her my military id and she stated I don’t know if I can accept that one but whatever I’ll do it this time. I have never had someone make me feel this upset in my life. I serve this country with pried and what does homedepot customer service do is treat me terrible Thank you for this experience. I will take my business to Lowe’s from now on.

One of the nicer stores. Employees are knowledgeable and Mr.Big Mike in appliances is the kindest! We’ve made a few friendly faces since this has become our neighborhood Home Depot.

The staff go over and beyond to Help with your needs or project. The kindness and caring of the staff at this store is amazing . Having just relocated from California ... I was so appreciative of the attention and help offered from the assistants and checkout staff. They absolutely made my day ! Thank you St Augustine Home Depot ❤️

Home Depot in St. Augustine is a great store. Employees are welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. Service is quick and easy. Store is organized. Feel very comfortable walking into this Home Depot. Will definitely always recommend to all.

First, I would like to thank Johnny in Appliances for quoting me the washer & dryer. Secondly, Pamala with 1-800-466-3337 customer service with her comforting voice and great conversation. Remember together we are #AMCstrong. Lastly, Rachel the Store Manager that I briefly meet at the Pro Counter but then later ended up talking over the phone to complete my order. She was super cool and very very helpful! Each and everyone person was so wonderful!

Ron was the reason that this trip trip to Home Depot ended successfully! If I was only rating him, it would’ve definitely been 5 stars! He worked to find the product that the computer said was in stock, but was a little more challenging to find, since it was in the overhead storage wrapped in a pallet that had a couple different products. He went the extra mile to get it done, so that we could get our job done! Thank you again, Ron!

They changed the way they recognize Vets, how to prove you are a Veteran. Won't accept drivers license with a Veteran designation on. it.
