Good location and friendly helpful staff and appreciate the consideration given to Veterans

If you're lucky enough to get the attention of someone on the floor, they generally have no product knowledge, and are often more of a nuisance, than helpful. It seems the Home Depot staff, and management, couldn't care less if they had my business. And they don't! On the flip side of this review: "Thank you", to Stan, and Janice, at the Pro-desk, for their courteous assistance during my last two (otherwise unpleasant) visits. Perhaps these two should do some 'service' training for the rest of the staff?

If you worry about your safety during COVID-19 I wouldn’t go to thIs store. Most of the employees do not wear masks and they do not stay 6 feet away from you when you ask them a question. My husband is on oxygen and is high-risk and I am over 70. I won’t go back in the store as they put me at risk for the virus. Also they sold me pine straw that they didn’t have and made Me go back in to get a refund... This is what the guy outside in the garden section told me. Terrible experience for me!

I had a great time building my first home made Kayak Dolly. The first employee was name Al, he encouraged me to do it with a damaged one I brought to the store. He helped me get everything I needed to do the job. I had a great time, but had a problem and came back to the store and Gieger was there to help me.. I did a great job that I came back and make another Kayak Dolly. Next I made a Kayak Rack..

Very clean, organized and well stocked. Associates are ALL very friendly and professional. Registers are manned and checkout was smooth and quick. Obviously, the store is being managed very well.

We looked at appliances for our home being built. A gentleman named Tommy was excellent in assisting us. He reviewed ovens, ranges, microwaves & refridgerators with us, discussing features and advantages based on our interests and budget limits. No one could be nicer, patient or more thorough in his advice.

As usual, H/D had what I wanted, and customer service was exceptional.

Store Management truly stands for customer service. Employees here in Garden were great today, not leaving out any other department because I have had great service every time I go in. Of course days always go as we plan and when I had an issue the store ASM and Mgrs have stepped up and go BEYOND the call of duty to make sure things were right. People have to realize, not everything will go 100% and if there is an "issue" you have to tell someone and allow them the opportunity to fix it. Products were iun stock, stpore looked amazingly clean and when I asked for help multiple people stepped up.

The store is always clean and straightened. I seem to have problems finding someone to help me with questions when i go in the store though. Everyone is always nice and helpful when i do.

This Home Depot store has the best staff to help customers! I have always been helped readily and competently here.

The best variety of merchandise of any local Home Improvement/hardware store. Great prices. Most times of day, you can easily find an associate to help find some particular item, offer advice, or help find alternatives. This store has REALLY improved over the past year -- merchandise is put away quickly instead of sitting on pallets and clogging the aisles. Small items that get mis-sorted as customers shop get resorted pretty quickly. They have a very good app -- you can find an item, down to the aisle, shelf and bin. Or buy it and pick it up. Or have it delivered.

Have shopped at several Home Depot Stores around the country, The St Augustine Store is by far the best!!

Employees are plentiful and willing to answer your questions.

Management spends way to much time belittling and punishing employees for not being able to force Home Depot credit card sign ups and survey taking on customers than actually managing. Does Management realize that the 4 great staple girls Rita, Michelle, Nadine and Gwen are a fabulous asset to interactions with customers. Management is blind to this and chooses to harass and chastise employees for their inability to FORCE customers to sign up for one of Home Depots credit cards. Those that point to many fingers are usually trying to deflect from their own deficiencies.

The Home Depot Store in Saint Augustine always has what I want at a fair price. And most importantly if I am every not happy this store makes it right every time.

The employees and the store merchandise are the best!
