Great store, very friendly and helpful.

On recent trip, Brayan in plumbing saw I needed help getting something above me and came to my aid without being asked. He also saw I had no cart and went and got me one. Then I asked for 2 more items since I now had a cart. He got them and noticed that one was defective and replaced it with another. The young man at checkout, Axel, in garden was also very helpful and friendly.

Checking out with Taxis was great. She sincerely asked if i found everything i needed. She was friendly and treated me like a customer should with respect. Thank you!

Thus the 3 stars. Didn't get any help for 20 minutes. 3rd trip to front desk. GINA helped me and got me squared away for a $1400 purchase. What should have been 15 20 trip took an hour.

Tried to buy a showerhead that showed 12 in inventory, 2 employees tried to look for it and when I went to the other end of the isle to look at an endcap they gave up. I found one of them and asked if they were giving up and he said "yeah, we can't find it"

SOUK IN TOOLS WAS A GREAT HELP WITH SPECIALTY DRILLS AND LARGE DRILL BITS.

Good quality paint, excellent customer service, easy parking, very friendly and helpful environment.

We bought a refrigerator on clearance. Within 12 hours, we requested to return it and we were denied. I understand the return policy, but to simply say “the idea of clearance is to get the items out of the store as quickly as possible.” That means they don’t really care what the situation is or about customer service. They are only concerned about the bottom line. Very disappointed. Will not be back and will not recommend to friends. In fact, will also post disappointment on social media.

The employees are vey friendly and helpful.

They’ve never NOT had something I was looking for. My only complaint is the propane exchanges are a bit complicated.

If you get a chance to interact with Peggy Kozak, do so, you will get the best experience of Home Depot. She is a amazing person and she knows every knock of the corner of this store on what is there or not. Such a great experience.

At the end of the day, I want to shop at Home Depot because I grew up going there but if I’m being honest, Lowe’s is a much better experience. And I hate to say that, because I want to be a Home Depot fan. So I decided to write a review in hopes to make a difference! Customer service: -most times I go into the store, I can never find somebody to help me and even if do, they can’t help me half of the time -sometimes people are very friendly, but it’s hit or miss Improve your website: -we are in the digital age, and to keep up with the next generation you have to start investing on your website -I can never access your website in the store. It’s incredibly frustrating. When I can’t find what I’m looking for, and I can’t find someone to help, I turn to your website to tell me where the product is in your store but your website never works -to add onto that, multiple times when I’m in the store, the employee hasn’t even been able to access the app/website to help me -I had the app but ended up deleting it -even when I’m at home trying to access your website, it’s incredibly slow to load and overall not a good experience. There’s a lot of room for improvement there, I never have those issues with the Lowe’s website -y’all can do MUCH better with the surveys. They are too long. Pick the important questions and keep it short and simple and easy for the user. You might want to consider a QR code instead of making the customer type the user name and password, I guarantee your participation would increase Military discount: -no more military discount for veterans? I mean, come on… we almost stopped going to Home Depot altogether when that happened and am still on the verge of doing so. Lowe’s has an incredible program where you sign up with your phone number so all you have to do is give them your phone number when you check out and the discount is automatically applied. It’s very convenient and instead of Home Depot trying to improve, you guys got rid of the veteran discount altogether. Not impressed.

The 5 STARS is for the employee named Peggy Kozak in flooring department who is the best and absolutely delightful!!! Almost everybody else in that particular department does not give a %$#$ about spending time with the customer to ensure their flooring order is accurate! We spent thousands on our floors and if not for Peggy stepping in and correcting almost entire order we would have taken our business elsewhere!

Sterling Home Depot is my main store. Service is great and the inventory of items is very broad. Thanks.

Ally, Chris, Ever and Flor are great staff that are always helpful whenever I come to this location. They go above and beyond every time I come to Home Depot and they're the reason why I continue to only go to this Home Depot for all my home needs.

This is the worst Home Depot existing. The employee Dena call to collect payment to pay over the phone and she didn’t know how to do this properly so she hung up the phone and told my employees to leave. She also said that she was the manager and hung up the phone a second time to a client. This is by far the worst experience

I always meet someone that is friendly and helpful. This store is always clean, most of the time they have what I need. I always come back because I love Home Depot.

Attendant named Asada present at the "Self Checkout" kiosk, put it upon herself to suddenly without caution, invade my personal space, disrupt my "Self Checkout" process. She willfully overstepped my authority to finalize my payment process by pressing the "PAY NOW" button on the screen without my knowledge or permission.This forced a payment on the wrong CCard I preferred to use. When approached to ask for an explanation, she became defensive, allowed her emotions to overwhelm her abilities to think and strongly believed she did a “GOOD JOB" by finalizing my own transaction without my knowledge in a “SELF CHECKOUT” lane. She never apologized however, when asked, she said "it will not be genuine if she did" and then took my receipt and told me to leave the store. Totally ruined the Customer and Shopping experience for me.

Always friendly and helpful the store has been a tremendous help and a source of reliable supplies since I purchased my home in 2010. I don’t know where I would be as a homeowner if I didn’t have the convenient and helpful staff of the local Home Depot in Sterling to help me through all of my home improvement projects.

Employees are not attentive compared to other Home Depot stores as well as other home improvement stores.

Be wary of "See associate for assistance" items that are in stock or low inventory items. Multiple trips resulted in a fruitless 20 minute search for the item with the result being the desired items were not able to be purchased despite having ample quantities listed as on hand.
