This store is a lot better than the Home Depot at 3132 Bueker Drive Saginaw, MI. I drive many miles than ever going to the Home Depot at 3132 Bueker Drive Saginaw, MI . The issues begin with store management and flows down to the employees. The Home Depot at 3132 Bueker Drive Saginaw, MI does not care about customers and should be closed. I will never enter this store again. 6 bad experiences.

Store was extremely clean and customer service was outstanding!!!!

We love the store and some of the employees are nice. Your window blind subcontractor is a rude man and will not be coming back into our home. He was very rude, jumped up on our new couch to measure the window. Then he shoved my $200.00 new lamp into my laptop and I just caught it before it hit the floor. I then moved the side table and told him that I would have moved it, if I had known he wanted it moved and to please try not to break my stuff while he was here. Then my husband asked him to measure some other windows for blinds and he threw his papers down and loudly says "where are they? come on, I want to get home" so we showed him the other windows. My husband offered him something to drink and he said "No,I will wait until I get home to have a real drink" He could have just said no. After he left we decide we do not want him back in our home. We paid $53.00 to be treated badly in our own home. We will be buying blinds and having them installed by someone else as your store employees told us he is the only sub contractor that does this work in our area for home depot. Also ..... why are your blinds quoted at more then twice the price they are listed at on your own website?????? Don't tell me it is for install as that is a separate $99.00 charge. We spend over a thousand dollar there every month easy as my husband is an H.V.A.C. man and buys a lot of hardware for his jobs. We have also just bought a BBQ pit and lawn equipment there this spring. A young fella named "O" helped us to set up this appointment for blind measuring, he was very nice. Also a lady named Susan had tried to help us out with ordering but your computer system was not letting her get to a certain part of the order screen. A woman I think her name was Terry walked by and Susan asked for help as she was having trouble. That lady snapped at Susan and after snapping at her a few more times, she got on the other computer and then she had the same problem with the web page. She then started to snap at us because we would need to give it a few more days to correct itself ........ She said Levolor's web site was down since Monday and they were losing money and that was the problem and not to blame home depot for the problems we were having with our home depot web site. When we got home we could pull up Levolor's web page just fine, so Levolor's page was not the problem as Terry stated. She never spoke nice to Susan, who was doing the best she could and was very polite to us. We left feeling sorry for her as it was not her fault the web page was acting up in store. You need to explain to your employees that if they are having a bad day to not take it out on fellow employees or the customers. I would also like to tell you that we really like a young fella there named Brian. He helps in store and I am not certain which dept. he works in but he is always so nice and friendly when he helps us take large things to our truck.

Paint department especially does an excellent job. All other departments have friendly, helpful staff. Store is always well stocked and someone is always willing to help.

I’ve always had good responses from the workers. I pick up most everything I go for. Easy to shop, clean.

From the Return desk .. cashiers and store employees, each were very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful! Hat's off to Rick in the lighting dept ...he was top notch!

This store gives a new ( to me ) meaning to the phrase " Go to your happy place ".

I've been going to this location for 17 years. They treat me like family! I've experienced nothing less than professional employees who are more than willing to help. At times they've even suggested a better way to complete the project.

The sales associates in carpet were very friendly and easy to deal with. They loved up on my dog while we were talking about carpet.

This store is clean, everything in its place means a safe store! Every staff member you pass asks if they can help you find something; I have never passed a staff member that didn't give that greeting! When you do need help staff goes the extra mile to satisfy your needs. A pleasure to shop here!

This store is well stocked and it has great associates to help you with your questions. The checkout is fast and easy, especially using your Home Depot card.
